This looked like such an amazing treatment for your friend! I'm typically aware of the room, any music, sounds, smells, and touch during the treatment but I do find myself in a bit of a hypnotic state. I've never fallen asleep but felt that utter, deep relaxation from a facial or massage. I have the same feelings when someone brushes my hair, which sadly, isn't very often other than when my stylist is trimming/styling my hair. Lovely video!

This is gorgeous! And tomorrow, I'll be diffusing 1 drop cinnamon, 3 drops tea tree and 3 drops geranium in my oil diffuser. 😍😍 As to your question... I haven't fallen asleep in a session like this before, and yet I do relax deeply while being present to what's happening. I don't feel I anticipate what's coming next so much as I'm curious and deeply appreciating the sense of caring as well as the relief of tension in my muscles.
