How do you make sure everything is sanitary? Like the toothbrushes for example, do you use new ones every time? Or do you have a sanitation process

Hi Megan. So some of my products and tools are one use. However things like my hair brushes etc I clean after every use, I wash with a microbial cleanser and I then put them In a uv sterilised. The little brushes I use on my friends and clients I clean after and will only use them on that one person. So I have little zip lock bags with their names on and a few of the tools in so I can get more than one use out of certain things whilst filming 🙂

Have you tried microneedling? It has been a game changer for myself. I do it to myself every 8 weeks and use a collagen and hyaluronic serum. Maybe look into it? 🙂

Hi. I would combine a mechanical exfoliation like a brush or a scrub with a chemical exfoliation like salycilic acid. Massage is great to break up the dead skin also and then after that a really really good double shampoo cleanse to rinse it all away 🙂

I love all your work, but the two Jade combs was too much for me. I found it overstimulating and it took me out of the zen calm space you always bring me to so that I couldn’t fall asleep, but rather was wide awake.
