From my point of view, "No" is about Little Mix earning control over their careers. I think is such a powerful message: to know how to stand your ground, to not be afraid to say no when you are in a vulnerable position. As women, we often found ourselves being ignored when we try to say "No" to men, and not just in relationships: I'm talking work spaces, family, abusive "friends" or strangers. Now vocally little mix always comes up with song but the whole "Im independent and self-sufficient within myself outside of a man" has been the group main identity for the longest time.
