So, although I'm against all of these things....if you want to be in a girl group, after participating in X factor... that's the frame of reference. Don't take me wrong, but all of these things are results of wanting to be part of a system that is judging you by appearance. Not saying that I don't have compassion for them, but... in the end they overthrew their problems by ending up in a scripted pop'frame, a frame that is popular by the youngsters that judge....should i continue?

@Simran 167 Jade and Perrie typically have the verses and Leigh and Jez typically have the hooks and the chorus. This is the first album that has shaken that up with almost every song. All and all, I think all 4 are pretty well represented on most of their hits and I know all of the girls would fight for one another if one of them was being neglected on not getting enough parts. Jade and Perrie usually have some of the better parts, I think, because they have the most generic voices. Leigh and Jez are much more unique and not quite as versatile as the other 2 typically, but I think Leigh is showing on this album in particular that she is as versatile as Jade/Pez.

As a socially isolated,bullied,abused,mocked,disabled,unemployed ethnic British female in mid twenties, I shouldn't really be praising those who are in a whole league opposite to me ie mega successful ladies like LM. I live in a council flat with literally nothing to celbrate other than be grateful for my decent ish health and a roof voer head but I am less than scraping by. A very bad place and not soemthign I would wish upon anyone. I went to school. I sat my exams. I went to colelge. But still ended up here. However I have to say I am grown fond to this song. Very simple but effective lyrics and melodies. I bet they must be super proud having released this. Very cool song. Empowering. I have followed and watched these beautiful angels blossom since the X Factor. Was it SiCo who put them together or God? Their harmonies were in sync even before all the hit singles! I love how they are using their platform! I am really suffering , especially as I have no family, I have no friends, living in a council flat with literally zero social support I don't usually rave about pop culture but these girls are super adaptable and likeable and I'm saying that having only heard and seen them through screens not in person. I actually find joy in complimenting and 'fangirling' over their versatile beauty, talent, intelligence I shouldn't really be praising females who are mega blessed and successful and I should be jealous but I still find them admirable and think they are British diamonds in our world. I look at them and other and crave friendship and all the other things that help to define their success. Yes they all work hard individually Merry Christmas everyone. Can I just please remind you all to spare a though for the less fortunate and never take for granted blessings.

i can tell you that for someone battling with depression this song really touched and actually empowered me. (even though i think this song is a moving-on love song) so far this album is one of the best out there. all songs are good, the beat, the lyrics and the melody and that's coming from someone who's not even a fan of Little Mix but now i think this album just turned me into one.

ArtofDylan same bro, this song motivated me to try again and pick up from where I gave up. It gave me strength to work towards recovery again. It gave me hope that everything could get better, and that it’s okay to fuck up at the beginning, what matters is that you continue working towards getting better
@cg23716 жыл бұрын
ArtofDylan This song is actually open to interpretation. It has no specific meaning to it. For Jesy it’s about her struggle with accepting her body, then being confident.

That’s what is so great about little mix. The songs are so open, you can relate to so many songs, not necessarily written about that subject. Hope ypu get through this, there is always light at the end of the tunnel❤️❤️❤️

This is so beautiful. I had recently gone through some emotional stuff and this felt really good to listen to because i could relate to this song witch made me realize that I was over it. And Told You So reminded me how much my friends have been there while Joan of Arc and Woman Like Me made me feel impowered. THANK YOU LM FOR EVERYTHING ❤😍

Same thing Mylene! I said pretty much the same thing! I'm so glad that there are so many relatable girls here and that LM are relatable and know that we all go through the same things!

This song has hit me in the emotions like no other. I know it is about a break up but there was something special about this song. I have sever anxiety, depression, and self-harm on the daily. I am trying to recover and I have been in therapy for 8 months. This gives me some hope that there is light at the end of the tunnel.❤️❤️❤️💕😭😭
@ellen71366 жыл бұрын
Did you see the Apple music concert today? Jesy said the song could be about a breakup or about growing in your own self confidence ❤️
