This week was ham and ground beef so tradition ham potatoes and vegetables, Sheppard pie, ham potaoes soup, slip pea soup, meat balls, every friday breakfast ( with leftover) and nachos. Love your recipes and I apologize for my mistakes im a very french Acadian from New Brunswick lol

I’m so glad to see you ‘up and at em’, getting back to health. It’s so funny, as your friends that only see you on camera, it’s amazing how much colour you’ve lost through sickness. It wasn’t apparent until you walked outside in the sun. I’m just so grateful for you renewed health and I know that all of us have been praying for you! Xoxo Much love! ❤️🤗

Chelsea, I so enjoy watching your videos. I’ve just spent another 18 days in hospital so looking how far you have come with your health inspires me. I’ve found it hard to get into cooking meals, my husband does that and I do the baking. But when I watch you i know I need to start again slowly. I’ve been in hospital 25 times in 18 months so just when I get started on going again everything goes haywire. We do beef as well for pies, sometimes with pork. Loved your walk around your property xx

I take pulled bbq pork or beef and fill a baked potato. Then I add some type of green vegetable (kale, spinach, brussel sprouts, green beans, etc)🎉 on the side. It makes for a quick lunch or dinner, plus it helps to cut the sugar content and up the protein and vitamin content.

Shepherds pie ( also made with ground beef , I’m in the uk ) find it an absolute crowd pleaser you just can’t go wrong , to make it go further I also add some red lentils helps it thicken nicely adds more protein and makes the meat stretch further .
