Yes you can try with oats flour but make sure to cook it well to avoid lumps. Tip- mix oats aata in cold milk then cook. This way there will be no lumps.

Kellogg's ke normal oats ki baat kar rahe hai na aap? Aap de sakte hai normal oats. Usko halka bhun ke powder bana lijiye. Powder ko airtight dibbe me store kar sakte hai. Masale wala oats bacche ko bilkul nahi dena hai. Sadharan normal plain oats aap kisi bhi brand ka de sakte hai. Koi issue nahi hai.
