I LOVE your videos!!! My husband of 44 years passed away 2 years ago and I've been totally lost without him. It's just like you said, since the age of 20, I've poured my entire life and sole into that man. So, when he passed most of who and what I was died with him. I am desperately trying to find away to be single, whole, and happy again. Your video today has been a huge help to me finding my way back. Thank you

I love you Carol! I can relate to every word you said...so much of me was being Bill's wife. And I loved being his wife but I somehow got lost. Looking back to the early years there was so much pain and denial but always hope for a better life. We, women, are so strong...we find a way...come hell or high water, we find a way and we survive and thrive. Happy week to you Carol....you got this. xo Susan

I know your pain! I lost my husband 7 years ago. This is NOT how I planned to spend my Golden Years! Dating has shown me how much excess baggage a man can bring into my life. Also, my narcissist daughter has ruined several relationships. Being single (with my two cats) is good now. We are struggling financially but living within my means suits me. God bless all!

I ended my marriage after being with him for 24.5 years. That was the best thing I could have done for myself. Being with him was destroying who I was and when I ended the marriage, I was able to regain the me I had been before and things got so much better in my life. Living with an alcoholic is a very destructive position to be in so by divorcing him I was set free to be me again.

Your videos are an inspiration to me. After ending my 24 year relationship and marriage for all the wrong reasons. We had become like friends living in and keeping up a house. We stopped communicating and just worked all the time to keep the roof over our heads, the 3 vehicles in the drive and the camper. We were on different shifts and hardly saw each other. I was longed to connect with someone who had time for me and that led me to a friend from my past. You see I thought my high school sweetheart was my romantic destiny, even to move 1200 miles to be with him. Five years later I realized it was the worst mistake I have ever made in my life. I had given up my best friend and lover, the one person who loved me through all those years for the memories of a teenage romance that was 40 years prior. I packed up everything my little car would hold and moved back to my hometown with my tail between my legs, feeling ashamed and heart broken and financially broken. Found a tiny little apartment and like you I was determined to make a plan to turn those few dollars and cents that I had left as inspiration to not give up on fixing myself and my situation. I took every job no matter the pay, number of hours worked or my satisfaction to keep the lights on. Almost 4 years later I found out I have stage 4 ovarian cancer. I have been through chemo and surgery but am told I will probably be fighting this in some way again within a year. That my chances of living are maybe 30% at best. It forced me to retire on SSI and accept Medicaid to pay the medical bills. I had to come to acknowledge that my life has changed. To see the blessings everyday not just the challenges. I refuse to let these mistakes that I made define me. Your videos are so upbeat and honest, and as a woman hoping to see my 66 th birthday next April, I have no time to waste feeling sorry for my self. Thank you for encouraging us 60 something women to live and love ourselves.

I have a wonderful collection of purses, jewelry, clothes, shoes, skin machines, teeth whitening. A beautiful house a sweet and loving dog. And, I husband who worships me. God has truly blessed me. When I worked I loved getting ready for work; still living in the 80's. I used to love going to the malls and shop, walk and even see a movie. Seeing you with your gorgeous face, beautiful apartment and sweet doggy. It really hit home. Thank you for being your authentic self.

I have always felt happier single. I have “old fashioned” values that just aren’t respected in today’s society. Men are lazy, don’t want to put in the effort to court a woman, expects sex before they buy you a cup of coffee, a lot are not financially secure and are hobosexuals looking for shelter and have health issues due to poor lifestyle choices. Good grief! I’m single, in great health, no kids, no stress, enjoy my home, career, hobbies and just celebrated my 46th birthday. If a man can’t elevate what I already have then I have no need or desire for him. Seeing what’s out there confirms that I have continued to make the right choice by remaining happily single. ☀️💛

Hobosexuals is right. At a certain age, some of these guys see it's too late for them to be financially successful & want to hitch their wagon to someone who is. And some are looking for someone to take care of them as they are approaching their "golden years". One lady in her late 60's told me "I don't want to be a nurse or a purse!" Ha.

I know a few women that never married and their only regret is not having children. They have no one but themselves because they were the only child. It's not always great for some to be by themselves. Some people want to be connected to others. I respect those that have found a way to feel content with their lives, but there are still many that feel alone, lonely and unloved.

Iuv being single. I am very independent. I think woman that don't have hobbies, interests etc.have a hard time on their own. I love working in my flower beds, decorating, singing and doing art-paintings etc. The key is to find what hobbies you luv and keep busy.Having a pet or pets - adopt them, foster them etc. is great. I had a difficult time learning to live alone when I was divorced, after being married twice. I did enjoy the freedom for a while but then felt I was too young (60) to not share my life with someone. A lot of women here are just against men, in general, but I did not feel that way, even having lived with an abusive husband and an alcoholic. I was single for 10 years after my second marriage, but never gave up. At age 60, I was very fortunate to have found the love of my life, 16 years ago. We have been married for 11 years and he is the most loving, caring, generous, loyal and funny man I've ever met. He loves me and gives me as much freedom as I want. If I want to sleep all day and do nothing, he would let me! My daughters absolutely love him and consider him the best stepdad and grandpa to their children they could ever have. Bravo to all those women who can accept being single late in life, and enjoy their freedom. But for those who don't want to, put yourself out there and never give up 💕 PS I forgot to mention that he is also 8 years younger than me! 😉

Hello Susan , I just finished watching your KZbin video . I became a widow at the age of 51 in 2002 , I am now 70 years old . My greatest fear in life was being alone . After my husband died of brain cancer , I worked for about 2 years . I had twin girls that were 18 and my son that was 16 at this time . My mental health took a toll and I lived with various family members till about 2013 when I moved out of California to Texas . I found myself living for the first time in my life , at the ripe age of 62 ,on my own . Something clicked inside me and I felt so free . I had no one to answer to , I could listen to the music I preferred , I only had to cook for myself, clean up only after one person, me ! I had the freedom to finally be me and stop being a people pleaser. I live in a retirement community but I pretty much stay to myself and not because of covid . I had moved here with such high hopes of making so many friends ( girlfriends) but to my dismay it was like entering high school again . Yes , we have clicks , gossipers and just plain mean women . I get along with the men but what I wanted dearly was to have girlfriends. I love living alone and my independence but there are times ( which I assume many of us have experienced) I do feel a tinge of loneliness. When I do experience this , I wish I had a friend , be it a male or female , hug me and say “ you’re going to be alright. This is just but a moment and it will pass “. I believe because of this pandemic , I’m experiencing more of these moments . I’ve not left my home since March of 2020 . Yes , I’m vaccinated but I’m still fearful of going out . You Susan , are my friend ….. a friend that arrives each Saturday to uplift me , to let me know I’m not alone . That I still have value even at my age. Thank you for your weekly uplifting videos . Today video was exceptional. I live totally off my SS monthly check but I have section 8 assistance which makes my finances easier to live on . I have a request…. Could you please do a video on self esteem ? You see I suffer from poor self esteem even at my age . When I first moved here I was a petite size 8 , I’ve gained a lot of weight because of feeling not good enough, not accepted . In talking with one of my male friends , he told me the reason the woman disliked me was because they were jealous and felt threatened. I just don’t understand women’s mentality. We all need to support and uplift one another. Not tear each other down. I’ve stopped wearing makeup for about 3 years now and have lost the desire to try to look pretty . I wear nothing but caftans . I’ve become my worst enemy, I think and say such hateful things to myself. Please help those of us who are stuck in this self hatred cycle. Sincerely, Stella P/S I have watched your videos for years but rarely comment. Keep up the good work , my little warrior. Sending love to you and Desi

Take a walk every single day starting today. We all gained weight and feel frumpy and gross from the lock downs. I gained more than anyone I know. I’m tired and very blue. But I’m going to do a veggie cleanse and I joined a gym. Buy a couple of new blouses that fit you nicely even if they’re bigger than your usual size. Don’t mind the jealous gals. Find new hobbies. My grandmother lost her husband to cancer at 63.She went to driving school and got her lisence. She dud not want to be dependant on her two grown daughters. She did date a man a few years later and he wanted to bring her to Florida and sell her house. He was older than her and she said do I want to spend my last years nursing a man. Even though she liked him the answer was no. She made the right decision she found out that guy would try to get involved with widows who owned their houses and take their money. And she enjoyed her last days driving her little car she had traded in her husbands big one. She enjoyed her daughters, grandchildren and great grandchildren and had Thanksgiving and Christmas party on Dec 19 which was her birthday. So living alone us not so bad the alternative would have been a disastrous mistake to just go with a man because you are alone.

Susan, I just want to say thank you for this video. I am still adjusting from my very recent divorce. I gave so much to my ex husband of 28 years and let’s just say he did not appreciate it in the least. He was having a midlife crisis of the worst kind and instead of seeking professional help he resorted to drinking and Carousing. He found someone who helped him feel alive and never looked back. It was devastating for me and I have been pulling myself and putting myself back together for two years now. I’m 62 and I’m still very healthy and physically in good shape. Financially I am doing well too. It’s the learning to be single part I have the hardest time with. I am dating and I find a mix bunch of men out there. I’m really not sure exactly what I’m doing out dating or what I want from a man. However, this video has given me some clarification. You are so beautiful and I am really grateful to have watched and listened to you this morning. I now understand my mission thanks to you Susan. I am just starting to learn to love my life being single. My life now is to work on my body, mind and spirit. I have my power, I am Free and I have no body I need to explain anything to anymore. Men can be so critical and I will not put my self esteem in their hands again. There are a bunch of fish out there at this age. And I would also agree many are floating on top. With that said, health and happiness are two of the most important things we have in our 60’s. Susan I will be watching your videos every week. You are very inspiring. Love ya!

Loneliness is dangerous. It’s addicting. Once you see how peaceful it is, you don’t wanna deal with people. All of our unhappiness comes from our inability to be alone. You can not be lonely if you like the person you are alone with.I never found the companion that was so companionable as solitude.

Susan - hope you're having a beautiful evening. Remember that last line in "Under the Tuscan Sun," where she says that even late in the game, wonderful things can happen? I met the love of my life at 67 during the pandemic. That was only after I had been engaged to "Baron Von Trapp" and was about to become step mom to an adorable brood. But the captain, while wonderful on paper, was a monster. Afterwards, for some time, I walked the floor at night like a zombie, but somehow still made a living writing and still worked out every single day. And when I finally rejoined the living emotionally, my new man appeared. So, please take care of yourselves. That is key. You will then be ready at any age for the possibility of love. And by care of yourselves, I mean physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually, and financially. Put yourselves in boot camp so you emerge the highest version of yourselves.

Just turned 65, (Sept 2021) never married and no children. My relationship was with alcohol and other drugs. Then in May of 1994 I stood at the turning point, was granted the gifts of desperation and rigorous honesty, and began living a life of abundance. Redemption, peace, acceptance, and joy are mine today, and all I have to do is want them. The foundation for my life today is having a spiritual condition, and belief system, that tells me all will be well. If I meet someone, great, I'm ready. If not, I'm ready for that too. Gratitude is everything! I wish you all the best...Mark

After my husband's passing two years ago, I thought I would enjoy years of traveling and fun with my only daughter. Little did I know that she found the love of her life a year after and they decided to get married earlier this year. She then moved overseas to live with her husband. I was really happy for them but was so confused about what to do with my life. I was a mom for more than two decades, and now I only have myself to take care of. There's so much to learn and unlearn, and your channel is a real godsend. Thank you 💖💖💖

He also somehow wiped out all their savings and she almost lost her home until her father stepped in and helped her out. After she got over the shock and the divorce came through, she told me that it was the happiest day of her life . She no longer had to explain anything and she grew to love being on her own .

My situation is different. My husband died at age 52...I was a young widow. I didn't have a happy marriage for years because he was an alcoholic. I chose to be by myself on purpose. Now, after a few decades, I find that I would love someone special in my life, but because of circumstances beyond my control, the man I would give a chance to is insecure and has his own wall up. So I have decided to focus on me, my health, traveling and not try to give my heart away to anyone else that does not deserve it. I devoted myself to family for years but now that my children are grown, I am left with a person I love, appreciate and want to please....ME.

Susan, I knew by age 15, I was not getting married. I am in my mid 60's ( no dating) and live a quiet and happy life. No regrets at all. I take myself out on dates every day now that I am retired. I go mostly clothes shopping or out to eat. Breakfast then, go out for lunch. I used to cook for myself all the time. However, I prefer going out to eat. Being manless, for me is very natural. In my life, I do everything I would do with a man but by myself. My grandfather died young so I was with my single grandmother who was a hard worker. Her entire routine and lifestyle were working, traveling, going to the beach, going shopping, and out to eat---without a man. She was so much fun and funny. She did not drink alcohol or smoke, nor do I.

Tonight, you forced me to reflect on the past two years. I stopped thrifting and trying to fill the holes in my life with things. I now go grocery shopping just twice a month. No more impulse cookies and sweets. The pandemic forced me to stay home and save. Guess what? I don’t miss buying someone’s else’s (treasures/trash?). My home is uncluttered and comfy. I now have more money in the bank than I ever imagined could be possible. I also lost a few pounds. More gardening, exercising and reading and less shopping. I suppose there is a silver lining (no pun intended) in being forced to stay home and make the best of it. I also learned to enjoy my own company (no more ladies who do lunch dates). It took awhile but I am happier and richer for rediscovering who I AM. I am not what I buy or what I wear or where I go. When Covid disappears, I am sure that others will enjoy my company as much as I do. You are a delightful human being. Power to me is self knowledge. Thank you for your positivity and honesty. You're a beautiful angel. Thanks for sharing. I'm 55 and married for 2 years now but spent a long time as a single mom and I relate to your fears, and triumphs. One thing I earned while single parenting, without child support or any support from my ex-husband, is the confidence and peace of mind in knowing experientially that I can take care of myself, I can be happy alone, and if my partner leaves thru choice or death, I will be okay, because I found and have my own source of strength that can't be taken from me.

I’m enjoying my time by myself. It gives me time to reconnect to me. Maybe one day when my heart and soul are ready . Someone new will come into my life. You’ve got a lot to offer a man. Susan, you learned the hard way but you learned how to be satisfied and at peace. I think we as 66 year old women ought to celebrate! We lived through those hard years. I've always been single. Never married. I struggled with expectations of myself and of others. I wanted a husband and children and stability, especially financial stability. Those days are hard when we have nothing to roll over and nothing to budget. It takes discipline. Although I'm back in my parents house and living the very simple life, I sort of miss my little apartment in Norfolk. I loved my balcony and the trees outside. I went through very hard times there and I didn't complete my race there but I changed paths and am running another race. You have helped me to clarify some things I need to do and some goals I need to have else I will just be treading water. Goals are very good to have and I need to accomplish some things that I have put off a long time since my move. I need to get rid of my parents clothes and make my mama's house my own. She would want that for me and I think she would be really happy that I am happy here in her house on this beautiful mountain.

Just come upon your channel and its brilliant. I'm 49 soon and found myself single after 2 years in an abusive relationship. I am now going to move into my own flat and can't wait to get a cat and that cat will be my baby. I'm scared of been alone and the loneliness that comes with it and that emptiness which is not a nice feeling. I feel like to be happy again I need a man, but I know I can be happy on my own but achieving that seems like a pipe dream. I have good friends and my parents who God willing are happy and healthy for a long time to come yet and around for a long time. I'm currently not working due to ill health but cannot wait for that day when I go back. Your video is making believe that I can do this and I will do this. I suffer from anxiety and depression and my worst fear is been alone and having no one but I know I can't let that fear control my future. Thank you once again. ❤❤❤❤

Where I live it’s next to impossible to own a home, even for couples. Having said that I own a older two bedroom condo on bottom floor, so I have plant pots out my sliding door. Being older than yourself I have a older car for now ,but when the time comes that I don’t drive anymore there’s a bus stop just outside my door. I put in a new shower with no bathtub. Why? so I’ll be more independent as I age. I miss a tub bath, however getting in my walk in shower is the future for me. Being one of the older condos it has a little laundry room with washer and dryer. I to have favourite pictures etc that I alone enjoy. Nights get lonely 😩 but I try to read a good book, watch a movie, eat healthy, do crosswords to help my aging brain. Of coarse I even have time to enjoy your videos. 🙏 thank you

Thank you for sharing your example of “happily single”’after 60. I need this. I’m mostly content and my gratitude list is long. But grief over a recent broken engagement sometimes takes me down again for a day or two. The way he did it - by text while away on a business trip, then refused to communicate after - is hard for me to comprehend and I question my ability to discern at times. Practically speaking, it’s his stuff, not mine, although I’ll never understand how he could do this after the relationship that we had. I believe in God and I believe that God closed this door for my benefit, even though I don’t understand why at this time.

When I looked back at my life and how I coped with being alone I sometimes think that I learned to embraced being alone at the tender age of 9 years. It was when my mother left this world and left me behind. That was when I quickly came to realized what being alone meant. It’s 60 years since my mother’s passing and I am still alone, never been married. I have spent my whole life practicing on being alone. I am grateful for the life I now have. I am grateful that my two older sister provided me with food, clothing and shelter until the age of 18. I have since lost one sister ( rest her soul) and the other is suffering from dementia.

I learned a lot during my cancer treatment 20 years ago. The best thing I learned was how much God loves me. Loves each of us. Over and over he met my need. Emotional support. Loving support from others. I know where to find him now. In the quiet, wherever there is peace. I also learned that we are here for each other and for fellowship with god and each other. You know, I've never understood why men and women always feel the need to rush into relationships - dating, eventually getting married, having kids; and there's nothing wrong with wanting or having any of those things. But, I've always felt that being single is a wonderful gift to have. That wonderful sense of freedom, a mighty freedom in fact. So for those that think that their lives aren't complete unless they have that other head on the pillow, look at their being single as a gift from the universe because it needs you to be single for whatever reason. I hope that makes sense.

@@almabahena7210 you are so right! I knew an older lady whose husband died and he left her just fine financially. She didn’t have to remarry. However, she reconnected with her ‘high school sweetheart’ and got carried away with the romance of that. They got married. She wanted to travel (I don’t think her first husband and her did much traveling). Well guess what? Her new husband had ABSOLUTELY no interest in going anywhere. I’ll never forget the look of resignation on her face. It was truly heartbreaking. She died a few short years later. I’m 60 and happily married. If I outlive my husband I’m pretty sure I’ll stay single. I’ve seen too many women mess up later in life marrying because they were lonely.

Beautiful video . I am a widow living alone for the last 8 years . He was my life and had to build a life for me . It took awhile but I found out that I am not lonely just alone without my beloved late husband . I started by learning to go out to eat or the movies by myself. I also recommend that if you possibly can go on trips even if is just around your town . Traveling along was for me something I needed to conquer since my husband was always the one who made travel plans. I cried on my first solo trip but I did it . One of the main thing for me was finding out that I was stronger and I can do things that my husband will be so proud of me . I found new friends since the married friends didn’t invited me after my husband death . I got myself a new tribe of friends and also my faith , my church, and volunteering my time. I kept busy redoing my house , love my garden and I spend lots of hours and hours gardening. My house now is a lady home . The only thing that I have not done it’s looking for a man . I find myself contented in my solitude and I am happy living with my dog and my cat which I got them right after my husband died . They helped me too. Your video it’s very nice and I realize that i am way ahead on my journey of living alone and satisfied with what I have . You’re absolutely correct I have my dates with my friends , family. I recommend to buy yourself flowers , perfume . Keeping active it’s exercising and keeping hydrate it’s a must . I am too having a great time living alone not lonely just being alone with myself . To be under the thumb of someone else, whether that be a father, boyfriend, husband or whoever can be stifling, suffocating, demeaning and morally devastating. Many women stay in such situations because they fear the unknown, but if they knew what we do they'd be gone in a flash. Thank you for sharing your wisdom and beautiful heart with all of us.

I lost my husband 3 days before Christmas of 2019, my Mother 4 months later after a 7 year battle with Alzheimers. I went through being alone in my late twenties after a divorce until 40 when I met my husband who recently passed. I lived alone for 13 years in my past and was hoping not to go through it again. Unfortunately here I am again. Finding your video tonight was a Godsend and it definitely gave me and others going through this a lot to think about as I've been struggling to accept being alone again. Thank you!!

Hi Susan...I just had my 70th birthday earlier this month. I'm divorced after a short marriage from a man I thought was my soul mate. The marriage dissolved from his addictions and abuse and I was quickly replaced. In the short time we were together.. in the beginning he was so different my knight in shining armor ..the times were wonderful and also very dark but I came to learn he was acting the whole time. A narcissist..Yes, I lost myself and also many years. Now I'm trying to get back on my feet and I can see parts of the person I loved and s smarter me, a better me is reappearing.. slowly .. I can identify with you in so many ways and I love and appreciate your messages of hope, happiness, and growth... But...70 has hit me hard. Thank you for sharing yourself with us. Your videos uplift me and give me hope. Much love...Deborrah

Susan, I believe this has been your most inspirational video. Adjusting to life as a Widow at 60 was harder than being a single, divorced, Mom at 23. My neighbor who is my age lost her husband to Covid a little over a week ago. She was leaving to be with her Son & family a thousand miles away. I brought her a card & Inspirational book the day she was leaving. Her words have stuck with me. "Annemarie she said" "I always thought I understood what you were going through, but didn't really until Bob was gone" We hugged and cried & in that moment we were kindred spirits. I will miss them both terribly.

Susan I appreciate your openess & honesty ! I have been married for 45 year's but have two sister's who went through divorce & had to rebuild a life for themselves! They truly struggled & went through the dating scene & finally came to the realization that they had to love themselves & put themselves first before anything else! I am very proud of my sister's as they both have homes & had found career's & now pension's & love living alone! My daughter who is 49 just became a widow & is now going through the same thing! but she is strong & can do this! Thank you so much .Life is not easy but what you make of it for yourself ! I belive as women single or married we still have to support each other.

this is how it is for most women who divorce, the men come out financilly ok, while the women always get the short end of the stick money wise. You did great just getting the beautiful apartment you have amidst that tight budget. you are awesome!

I'm in my late 30's. Never married. No kids. Never been in a committed relationship as I've always had to fight my way through life. I was always in survival mode. At 38, I'm putting myself through grad school, but always wondered what the opposite looked like for me. Needless to say I'm still single and am reconsidering having children at my age. Who knows?! I always had that fear of commiting my life to someone and being left in the process. At this point, if it happens great, if not, I'm working on being single and happy. Blessings to you.

Hello, I just found your channel. I’m 66 and lost my husband suddenly in January 2022. It has been a difficult journey for me, but I have found my support systems and people who truly care about me. I went to therapy to address the trauma from my loss and now help others who have had losses of loved ones also. I really like your honesty and the genuine approach to self and life. I hope to do as well in the future.

Susan, I’m a recent subscriber and wanted to thank you for every podcast you have done that I’ve had the privilege of seeing. This one was exactly what I needed. I list my husband six years ago this month, and moved in with my daughter a year ago. I’m still struggling with not really knowing who I am without my husband. We were married for 50 years and he was the love of my life. I have tried to make a new life for myself by staying busy, but this episode really spoke to me in a new way. I’m 75, and I’ve been told I look wonderful. Just feel like it’s to late in life to expect anything more. After listening to you, I think I need to change my attitude . You’re infectious girl!! I know great things are coming your way!!

I can truly relate! I'm 74 and my only love are my family and a few friends. I dated after 30 years of marriage. It ended with quite a surprise, he had a secret and quite horrible life. He is still around because of our 4 children. They see now who he is. A bully and a horrible person. But I have picked myself up, money is always an issue. I am happy tho that I don't have anyone in my life to date. I'm a survivor. I don't look my age, I'm lucky that way, and it is luck. I love decorating my home and right now hoping that I can keep it. I love being in charge of my life

Boy did I need to hear your video tonight. I think you spoke to alit of women here tonight. I was a single professional woman until I was 51 years old and thought I met my soul mate. I have always wanted to get married and have a family but, it just never happened for me. I just couldn't understand what was wrong with me that I could never find a man to love me. I have always struggled with my weight, going back as far as 2nd grade. At different times I have lost a significant amount of weight, and of course, that has been the reason I felt nobody could love me. We separated after 7 years and I moved back to my home state and close to family. After 2 years on my own again we formally divorced. I just turned 65 in September and I find myself feeling like I list my chance and not here I am and just sit waiting until the Goo Lord takes ne home. I so appreciate your video tonight and know that my mind is my biggest obstacle to having a fulfilling life on this earth. You are so kind and sweet and inspiring. Thank you for all you do to inspire us every week.

Good day to you, I just discovered your channel. I am 52 years old and as of yet, although I've had a number of quasi type of relationships with women, nothing was very prominent. At 47 years old, a seed was planted in my mind where I accepted the fact that I won't meet that "special one": Having said that, this statement helps empower me not to settle with just any woman, even if it means I'm going to live alone. The loneliest feeling is when you are feeling lonely while you have someone in your life than being physically alone. I wish everyone well, Regards to you and Cooper, Ravi Peiris M.D.

I feel like you made this video just for me Susan :) I am 4 months in the divorce process, living in a tiny rental trying to not only figure out what I will do let alone take a shower. I know what I'm living/feeling is temporary, but damn it's horrible. Thank you for uplifting me tonight and giving me hope.
