The Cure and Descendents are great bands, but it's going to be Disintegration! That album is The Cure's best album and definitely one of the best albums ever made. Descendents I Don't Want to Grow Up is a damn awesome album! Milo Goes to College is their best album. Both bands are awesome and have great albums!

Gotta go Descendents on this one, hands down. I've had that album on tape for almost thirty years. I'm a big Descendents fan and have all their stuff On the other hand, I bought Disintegration on CD a few years after it came out and listened to it a couple of times. I like some of the songs, but I couldn't get into it.

Check out the cure 's album pornography...that's the cure's top performance. The merit of the album desintegration was not more than a fall back to the goth style of the early eighties after a less interesting poppy period (which produced of course quiet a few classics)

Disintegration. I mean, for us Cure fans, it’s not even close. I do like I Don’t Wanna Grow Up as a punk album, and I consider to a great album, but Disintegration is something so astonishing to listen, even if they seem to repeat the same riffs in a song. They do this method really well to represent the emotional resonance of the riffs and melodies.
