Love what you do !! I’d love to recreate the white top you’ve made here ! I have seen the Maura Dress tutorial too for the front bodice, however for the back bodice, it does not seem to be the same pattern from the mood dress. Would it be possible to know how you’ve constructed the back pattern piece, before the folding part and what’s explained in your video of course (or if anyone else in the comment section knows) ! ;) thank you in advance!

How did you add the pleats to your regular shorts pattern, please do a diy.

Hi! It depends on how many pleats you want and how wide they are! So for me, I had three pleats that are one inch wide but I have to count that as 2 inches each because the fabric is folded. So for me, I just added 6 (3x2) inches to the width my regular short pattern to create these pleats. If you're unsure, I would add a little extra to that measurement because you can always adjust the side seam later! Let me know if you have any other questions! Happy to help in any way I can! 😊

I remember you did a thrift haul. In that video you showed a dress you hadn’t decide what to do but you like the border of the sleeves. I just made a thrift flip video with a dress have details on its border. Hopefully it could give you some ideas. You inspired me a lot. Hope I can return a little bit.
