Hey Jim... thanks to you and your wife for the great overviews of your new trailer. This model is one I am considering as I contemplate an upgrade from my 30ft. Airstream Excella because it is not a four season trailer. One thing I have noticed to be lacking in some Outdoors RV floorplans is very few 120Vt. outlets. Some appear to have none at all on the kitchen counters for example. One place I really would like one is under the dinette table. I notice that you seem to have a web booster connected there... did you run a special AC wire to it? Also, could you please comment on any WI-FI booster ideas you have integrated into your rig? Thanks in advance.

Thanks, Ed. We have plenty of 120VAC outlets. They're at the front of the kitchen counters. Also one is located under the dinette on the kitchen side. I added a 6-outlet adapter with 2 USB outlets to that one. The cellular router usually gets moved around to get the fastest downloads. Sometimes it's on the dinette table and plugged into the 120VAC outlet under the dinette. The router and unlimited data service is provided by WiFiConnect/Stay Connected .... www.rvmobileinternet.com/gear/stayconnected-inc/

@@edkronholm9054 Yes. 120VAC outlets in the bathroom below the sink, and on both bedside nightstands.

I suggest you check out the Thompson RV KZbin channel for their videos about the various models, options and purchase process. That process will be the same at any ORV dealer. If you're looking at a used ORV then I highly recommend having an inspection from a certified RV Inspector before spending any money.

What's been your experience with the refrigerator? Does it cool down quickly, keep it's temperature? Have you used it where you are moving frequently (e.g., every other day)? I've heard that the 12V compressor fridges are a good option, but wondered if ORV's use of the Norcold units was worth keeping.

We've had good luck with our Norcold, except in very hot weather. That's why we added the ARP Fridge Defend controller and fans. I describe those upgrades in the outdoor tour video. We also have lithium batteries, solar, and 120VAC inverter, so we're able to keep our refrigerator cold on AC power when traveling. When we first setup the refrigerator before a trip it takes about 6 hours to fully cool down.

Probably not essential. But I still use it to be sure that I'm mostly level when parking.

I love your organizational ideas. I was wondering if you could either send a link to the dish storage rack or let me know the size of the rack for the corner cabinet in the kitchen. We will be picking up our 280kvs soon and would love to get a dish rack for the corner kitchen cabinet. I would like to order it in advance but don't want to get one too tall or wide. Thank you so much for all your ideas and links to products!

Wife's not sure where she got that dish rack. She thinks either Target or Walmart. Drop me a Facebook message and I can send you a photo with the dimensions. It's about 8" tall and 9"x9" on the back sides.
