Pascal zoels Maybe the problem with the pc in the available space you have to make sure of that and also you have to make sure that they're no viruses in the PC and when you're done make sure of the PC battery Maybe this is the problem, I'm trying to help :((

I have another solution, PC contains RAM right? You have to take out the RAM and clean it well and then put it back in place, I expect this problem to be 90% I hope this information will benefit you

he has a laptop and it's a thermal issue not a ram issue
