I'm late to the party. Great livestream. Even with the technical issues. I liked the conversation about 3 best scotch distilleries. Coincidentally, I was interested to see your thoughts on Ben Nevis. There's an IB bottling from First Editions of a Ben Nevis 16 bottled at 103 proof selling at a Florida liquor chain. It's $190, so I've been hesitant to pull the trigger. Even crazier is that you started talking about Clynelish in the end and how they don't have shit except the 14 and super expensive bottlings. Well the same liquor store also had a First Editions Clynelish 17 naturally presented at 107 proof. It was also $190, and I bought the last bottle. I haven't opened it yet. As far as my top 3, it's Benromach, Ardbeg, and Amrut. I know you said scotch, but their Fusion is a bottle that I have loved since the beginning of my journey to this day. It's never gotten old. My 3 are the same Springbank , Bruichladdich and Highland Park. Rum would be Hampden Estate, Worthy Park and Diamond. Bourbon would be Wild Turkey, Four Roses and Buffalo Trace
