There was this young lady shouting into her date's ear right next to me at the beginning of the Girl Scout set. I was afraid they they were a band where the crowd needed to be quiet, as Alvvays had fairly slow-paced/acoustic-quiet openers during their U.S. leg this year. Fortunately, these crazy Swedes drowned her out, and I suppose by 9:00, she had talked enough and wasn't disruptive during Alvvays.

Hi I wanted to keep in touch a bit after being at the Killers and Alvvays concert together but not sure if you ignored because I was curious if you saw what I had. Anyway my father recorded a fair amount of this and had it up and he got issued 7 day warning takedown notices from Polyvinyl or else he'd get striked so I'm just warning

I recorded the entire Phoenix, Arizona show of Alvvays and immediately got a copyright strike from the record label. It wasn't even monetized. I would receive no money from the ads and they still didn't want it up. Not sure why they are opposed to live shows being up; the Phoenix show sold out, so it isn't as if there were people who passed on getting tickets and were intending instead to watch the full show on KZbin instead.

@@TheSubmissionChannel yeah I think they have some sort of opposition to people uploading multiple songs at once as that's what my dad seems to have been hit for, where he put the Encore songs as a single upload and maybe another few as another. He's not monetised at all either and does other content than just concert uploads as well so it's sort of scary potentially having two copyright strikes if didn't take it down. Was wondering if you saw the 'All these things that I've done' because really wanted you to see it but this may be the last time I mention it for a bit
