Somenof the most brazen mistakes, negligences, crimes and misdemeanors: 1. Not selecting qualified people through confidential one-on-one communication 2. Not training the surveyors. 3. Not tracking the maintenance of confidentiality of information 4. Not paying the surveyors 5. Not getting NDAs signed by the surveyors and the project coordinator. 6. Not tracking the project to closure. This is just shameful to say the least.
