Live Audience Polls in PowerPoint For Free with Microsoft Forms

Unfortunately, the answers submitted in PowerPoint do not update in real time. Instead, I have to exit presentation mode and right-click/update. Duplicating the slides did not solve the problem either. What could be the reason? And no, it's not the internet ;-).

Mine doesn't update the responses automatically. Does anyone know how to solve this?
