Live Austin traffic: Nearly gridlock on I-35 7/29 after crash with semi | KVUE

Two northbound lanes of I-35 traffic in Austin were blocked near HOward Lane and Grand Avenue Parkway due to a crash involving at least one semi. Lanes reopened shortly after 8 a.m. July 29, but traffic was still nearly gridlocked south to US 183.
