Yeah I would listen to bass fishermen to much for spillway fishing cause some of the spillways I fish are so pressured that the fish prefer the right bait color and just direction in current in order for me to even get bit

Okay, Newbie question. How do you tell the difference between a largemouth bass and a smallmouth bass?

Totally normal question! Smallies are darker, usually brown or bronze and have smaller mouths. They tend to have tiger stripes and very white stomachs. Are usually green with a very noticeable lateral line and the jawline extends past the eye. My first few that I caught it was a little hard to tell but once you’ve caught so many of both you’ll know right away
