1.. Democratic fighters against Emergency 1975-77 are facing hardships, injustice and Discrimination at National level even after 49 years. 2.. Emergency was imposed in whole India it was not state spesific. 4.. few states in India have given honour and facilities and monthly pension to democratic fighters against Emergency. 5.. Madhya Pradesh chattisgarh Uttarpradesh Bihar Rajasthan Haryana have honoured democratic fighters. Madhya Pradesh gives 30000/- rs per month to Emergency detainees. 6.. we need one National level policy so Emergency detainees all over india can get same help and facilities. 7. God bless Indian democracy.

During Emergency many minor children were arrested while opposing Emergency and sent to jail they had to face brutal atrocities as well .. 2.. but those kids after 49 years are old age and Indian democracy has not given them justice. 3.. Indian parliament passed resolution against Emergency in June 2024. 4.. Hon'ble President in her speech in joint session of parliament said that Emergency imposed on India was unconstitutional.. 5.. govt of India has declared 25 th June as samvidhan hatya divas. 6.. but hundreds of minor kids arrested during Emergency 75-77 who played historical role for revival and survival of democracy and constitution are facing hardships, injustice and Discrimination at National level.. 7.. when Indian democracy will give them justice...?

Emergency was imposed in whole India it was not state spesific.... 3.. few states like Madhya Pradesh chattisgarh Uttarpradesh Bihar Rajasthan Haryana have helped fighters against Emergency and helped them with monthly pension 4.. in Madhya Pradesh Emergency detainees are given 30000/- rs per month...but in many states detainees are given nothing..no help even after 49 years.. 5.. justice means National discrimination faced by Emergency detainees must end . 6.. central government must announce some schemes like freedom fighters for saviours of democracy and constitution.
