We have spent 2.6k robux (32.5USD) on a product marketed as being permanent. The game then took away our permanent purchase and has not offered us sufficient compensation or a refund. The only compensation we have received is a message that says our permanent dragon will be removed in the next update along with our compensation. This violates EU consumer protection laws. We have the right to take legal actions.

Blox Fruits recently removed the Dragon Fruit, and gave us a token to buy the new one with a discount, an item I previously purchased permanently. This feels like a major breach of contract. technically, the value of the pre-update perm dragon stayed the same as 35USD as in the option menu, you can select options for example, getting a product worth 50USD (the reworked dragon) for the pre-updated dragon(35USD) with 25USD more. the value of the pre-update dragon stays the same. Think about it like this: there are two dragon fruit, the reworked one and the classic one. player with the classic one have the choice to upgrade to the reworked on with 25USD since the reworked one is better than the classic one. You as the player doesn't lose anything since either way your spending 50 USD for the reworked one no matter if you have the classic one or not. Disclaimer: I understand that this may be a false advertisement as it says permanent and this can be a violation, and I understand that it says dragon rework instead of new dragon fruit, but I am try to point out that either way, you need to spend 50USD to get the reworked dragon and the pre-updated perm dragon still have the same value.

Think about it like this: there are two dragon fruit, the reworked one and the classic one. player with the classic one have the choice to upgrade to the reworked on with 25USD since the reworked one is better than the classic one. You as the player doesn't lose anything since either way your spending 50 USD for the reworked one no matter if you have the classic one or not. Disclaimer: I understand that this may be a false advertisement as it says permanent and this can be a violation, and I understand that it says dragon rework instead of new dragon fruit, but I am try to point out that either way, you need to spend 50USD to get the reworked dragon and the pre-updated perm dragon still have the same value.

removing a product in blox fruits that was advertised as “permanent” and purchased with real money is a clear violation of consumers rights. Taking away an item sold as permanent and then offering it at as discount to previous buyers js both misleading and unfair. Players affected by this have the right to pursue legal action by filing complaints with gaming oversight bodies or consumer protection agencies potentially leading to a class-action lawsuit to hold the developers accountable and seek proper compensation resulting in them having to get the perm reworked dragon for the people who already bought perm dragon ( before it got reworked ) including me when i bought dragon before it got reworked I will now be filing a legal complaint against this and expected everybody who bought dragon before rework to get perm reworked dragon. It is completely unfair. I am 17 years old and i will be taking actions against this. This is also a blatant cash-grab move, exploiting loyal players for profit while giving nothing back in return. The developers have shown no respect for their player base, treating us a mere wallets to drain instead of a community to nurture.
