If they did the investigation properly it would have revealed results they did not want disclosed. Initially, understandably I thought she possibly could have done this until: the evasiveness, seasoned cops destroying phones after butt dialing, deliberate improper sloppy investigation , not interviewing young witnesses for 18 months( who possibly could have been a threat) would not have interviewed certain witnesses if the FBI had not got involved. Make no mistake about it corruption has run deep in that community for sometime. An accident occurred caught them off guard and their usual shuffling, manipulating and controlling exposed them because of the structure of the situation. It's an odd trial because the witnesses for the prosecution are the culprits - so they have witnesses rights that the judge needs to uphold. That's also the explanation for the comments about her conduct, she has to enforce the witnesses rights. The defense is acting more as the prosecution. It's all backwards and will be huge national trial when Karen is acquitted and then this trial flips into a trial for the Alberts and McCabes (because they haven't been on trial even though it feels like that...but they are witnesses in this MA. Vs. Karen Read). Hard to type but hope that helps.

The taillights were found at the 2nd search after Karens car had already been impounded, which there is missing footage of…of course! I believe the taillights were placed there after the fact! There are way too many inconsistencies with prosecutions key witnesses and I’m not sure if you are from Massachusetts, but if not, the Albert family grew up in Canton and holds a lot of power there. Brian being a Boston police officer previously and another brother being a Canton police officer. The brother Chris is a board member and Even Jen McCabe has known the Alberts since she has been six years old. They go back! However, John O’Keefe is originally from Braintree and only moved to Canton in 2016 I believe. Also, just found out brother Chris Albert, board member killed someone when he was younger, I believe it was an alcohol related accident. I love how the defense attorneys are proving such corruption, and it is quite obvious the judge favors the prosecution.

Regarding your last statement, what testimony are you referring to, and what are your qualifications to make this accusation?
@maanmohammad84595 ай бұрын
She is biased because she allowed a third party culprit by the defence,which is rarely permitted in courts.I assume she gave the defence that chance bowing to the pressure of a mob.Judges shouldn't yield to mobs because it would encourage other criminals to hair their day not on hours,but in the streets.

Only testing one solo cup= Yikes. This strikes me as another instance where another witness is taking the Canton PD''s word on what is happening and tailoring their testing to that narrative. To me, this is the worst fact for the prosecution so far, There could be Albert, Mcabe, Higgins DNA in those other cups, or only JO DNA in that cup. We will never know. Love the people who say the tail light couldnt have broken from John but could be broken by someone removing it. So what is it? Is it fragile or not lmao
@MeadTheValkyrie4 ай бұрын
Unless John was on his knees when she (allegedly) backed into him, his soft tissue at a very low rate of speed, would not have caused scratching, denting, and broken glass. She would have had to backed into him at a higher rate of speed than what she could have done. If she hit him at the area of the brake light, he could have easily moved out of the way. Did she wait until he was behind her car then slowly back into him? However, how much force is required to remove the light cover, is a different matter. If it is done carelessly or by someone who doesn’t know how to do it, it COULD break it. It’s not that hard to reconcile the two things.

Karen Read is so incredibly uncomfortable to watch. Constantly twisting in her chair, whispering to her attorneys, smirking, duckfacing, and narrowing her eyes. She seems to have no emotional connection to the tragedy of whatever happened to John O'Keefe. Let alone whether she actually killed him herself when blackout drunk 😢

Agreed. I think she's innocent, and being frames by the McAlberts, but that aside, she does not present as someone innocent or likeable in any way: If the McAlberts' testimonies weren't so blatantly sketchy, the jury would likely convict her based on her demeanour 🤷♂️🤷♂️🤷♂️🤷♂️

How did the tail lights appear on top of the snow if john was hit by a car before it snowed ? Shouldnt the tail lights be under the snow if the tail light broke exactly at the same time john was hit by a car ? According to the female who is johns closest friend, she said when she saw him on the ground she didnt know it was him as his face was fully covered with snow and she had to wipe away alot of snow of his face and then realised it was john. So the snow just avoided covering all the tail light peices and decided just to cover johns body and face instead?

*The Defense Theory of Case as per Closing Argument:* Chlöe's was severely hungover after being administered 8 Jameson & Ginger by practical joker Brian Higgins during the 29th of January. When the Irish sauce-mechanic John O'Keefe late that night stumbled blind drunk into the Albert household and promptly face-planted into her feeding bowl, she took this personally, flew into a rage and savagely tore into him with fang and claw. When she grew weary, Brian Albert stepped in with an aluminium baseball bat to finish the job and evade the lawsuit. His wife looked on impassively as blood spattered up her kitchen walls, before helping her spouse drag the quivering bag of smashed hamburger to the lawn. Finally they all sat down at the table and, betwixt swigs of Irish potcheen, plotted out a Venn Diagramm of how to frame my client, the fragrant Karen Read, for this murder.
