Awesome and amazing!!!!! After visiting and looking at several other luxury style condos around the Jomtien and Pattaya area, my wife & I was trying to fined the best match that best meets and exceeds our needs. As a subscriber of the Good vibe Tribe channel we were able to communicate with the founder of this channel to get a great deal of information about condos in the area prior to coming to Thailand to retire. Hi! I spoke to you briefly while you were fiming the gym. It is a great place to live in my opinion! The downstairs pool area has shade in the early morning and afternnon typically. There is also an outdoor area on the upper floors with shade. Good video!

Beautiful condo! I think i prefer the other Riviera property because it has a shaded ground level with a nice breeze flowing through it even on hot days. Having a wide open unshaded ground level pool looks great for instagram photos but the reality is it’s miserably and dangerously hot being out in the open like that. Copacabana made the same mistake with their ground level pool design. It’s a beautiful place though! I’m in Pattaya gain now and might book a night to check it out.

I toured this property in late Sept '23. I was shown multiple units. All were dirty and poorly maintained. These were units managed by the on-site management company, so individually owned units might be better maintained. However, because common area spaces are also managed and maintained by the on-site company, I'd be a bit leery.

My guess is that the vast majority of ex-pats are looking for living far under $800 USD. These videos are more a commercial for the Rivera. If it’s the one on 3rd Road; good luck crossing that, even if you’re sober!
