Tom, I like that you remain objective. I find most people that side with the prosecution are not very objective. Similarly, those that side with the defense clearly bend that way - although most of them want to wait until trial (which is always wise). The defense is very experienced and NM is not. C.C. officials can not be trusted (just watch the video the defense refers to called "A reckoning in Carroll County"). Therefore, I tend to wonder if RA is even the guy AND I wonder if CC officials KNOW he is not. Back to my original point - I like watching/listening to your vids because you criticize both sides. Keep being objective!

I love criticizing everyone. :) There are definitely shady things going on, but I mostly care about whether or not RA was BG and there are several things that point to that...as well as several things that point to him possibly being innocent. I think we have to remember the prosecution hasn't revealed a lot of things yet so we all need to wait until the trial is over before making our own final judgments of RA's guilt.

I’m open minded and i very much care about our constitution. I generally end up on the states side because there is evidence beyond a reasonable doubt in most cases. This case however has been the most insane example of a defendant not getting treated fairly imo. Loads of prosecutorial misconduct. It makes me sick. Abby & Libby deserve to have their murderer convicted and not just somebody convicted. If RA is innocent he is the third victim.

Thank you for breaking all of this down. It makes me wonder why the prosecutor refuses to give the defense all Brady material. Makes me feel like the case isn’t that strong. I just hope they have the right person. The families need justice. I don’t know if they will ever find true closure. I couldn’t imagine losing a child in such a violent manner. 😢

That’s what the defense is saying, but it dues not mean it is true. The defense has been caught lying about several things so take what they claim with a grain of salt. If the defense had a good case they would be at trial already.

Just the fact that prosecutor is withholding evidence from defence is biggest coverup. The defence attorney lies can still be thrown out at trial but states cover-up could have huge implications. So keep asking questions and let the jury decide the verdict

Well Nick McLeland has never said he is the Lone guy. He actually said we believes other actors MAY be involved. And as far as the prosecution twisting the narrative, I have no idea when they have done that? There was a gag order put on this case and McLeland and the state has followed the gag order. They have not released any information or made any statements about the case. The whole narrative is being controlled by the defense. The state has not even tried to rebut any of the allegations or information (or misinformation). They are following the gag around and waiting until the trial. Am I missing something? I agree. Might not be a ritualistic sacrifice they are trying to cover up - BUT - it is clear that people are acting out of self interest at this point… whether it be some horrible odinist crap, or (more likely, imo): a small town being outraged and disgusted by what happened & are convinced that Richard Allen *is* the murderer - and so now the judge/prosecutors want to make damn sure he goes to prison. Also if the prison guards are completely convinced that he did it, it would be why they would be treating him like the scum they believe him to be. It is possible that the murders of Abby&Libby have weighed so heavy on that town, and now that Richard Allen became a suspect, some of them are blinded by their own pursuit of justice. It happens. I don’t know if that is the case here & I actually don’t lean any specific way as to what happened (prosecutor side vs Richard Allen side) - but there has been coverup in this case. From pulling the attorneys aside & pressuring them to withdraw - and apparently the prosecutor side was able to access PRIVATE info of Richard Allen’s side - they each email the judge about this case and the prosecutors were able to get into an email that was sent TO THE JUDGE & was protected by lawyer/client privilege. So yes. There is definitely coverup. Whether or not it is helping to frame Richard Allen, or just a grief stricken town still desperate to make sure someone pays for what happened to Libby&Abby… it is ruining what should’ve been a fair trial for Richard Allen.

More over there may have been some murders that were from some sick religious twisting and they were just not simply recognized as such. We don't know that, the Defense sometimes words things to make Rick look innocent and leaves out important facts like they did in the first Franks Memo. We have to wait for the trial to see what the prosecution has that may reveal things about Rick's phone/activity that point to his guilt. I just used Google Earth. 60 feet south of the bodies is the south edge of Deer Creek. 100 yards is just a bit further south, but not on high bridge. I wonder how accurate this phone data distance is and it it was the people on the bridge. We know there were rumors of up to 5 people on the bridge between 3-4 pm. If LE had phone data showing 3 phones 60 yards from Abby & Libby, why weren't those 3 people arrested?

Just to be clear this is what the Franks memo said re BH’s alibi. This is from LE’s case file and has not been verified. Holder was asked where he was on Monday. He stated that he was at work driving machinery at Waste Management in Buffalo, Indiana until he clocked out sometime between 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm. After work, he went to the gym, “Workout Anytime,” in Logansport So yeah, not verified with HR. No phone data to prove his whereabouts, nothing. So try not to confuse what you hear and what is actually in a document before you attack someone with passive aggressive comments.

Some channels on KZbin believe that Bridge Guy is the late Ron Logan. His ex-girlfriend has stated that she believes Logan was Bridge Guy. There was a side-by-side comparison of the two and they are same height with same body proportions. B.G. voice is "not incompatible" with Logan's voice.

There is video of Ron 2 hours and 15 minutes before BG was captured on Libby's video and he was wearing very high boots, and different color jeans and shirt, no head covering. My point was that PW wasn't being completely honest about a few important things, and many came away from the interviews with the assumption PW was being open/honest. I absolutely do not think PW is BG. That also doesn't completely rule him out as being involved either. I do believe D. Carter 100% when he said this case is complex with many tentacles. Indiana has some major issues with areas where trafficking (drugs & human) csam, and corruption are rampant. There have been multiple agencies involved in the investigation/case for a reason. Also, the corruption doesn't necessarily mean LE and higher ups only. There could be some of them involved, but corruption could also include other prominent (wealth and/or in a position of power) people. The only thing that matters to me is that the correct individual (s) are charged, get due process, and hopefully evidence beyond a reasonable doubt means a guilty verdict, but most importantly, true justice for Abby and Libby.

@@subrosa4792it is bizarre, but I believe that it isn’t crazy that they are pushing it. There are weird facts that support it. For one, the odinist theory wasn’t some thing they pulled out of thin air. If I’m remembering it correctly it was someone from the fbi who first came up with it (before local PD sheriff pulled all fbi and outside law enforcement off the case). The other thing that is weird is the odinist patches the guards were wearing in prison. They admitted to it too! This theory was mentioned (odinist theory) BEFORE anyone was aware that the guards were even wearing those patches. The theory came out & then it turned out that they actually do support it / odinism is prevalent there; and also there are photos on the Facebook from the dad of Libby’s boyfriend where he is making runes with stones & sticks & whatever in the woods. It is crazy, yes. I agree with you on that - but the fact of the matter is that these odinist elements & people who consider themself to be “odinists” *absolutely exist.* There is proof of that in court documents where not only the prison guards said so, but I am pretty sure the higher ups knew that too. Something along the lines of “people can wear patches to support whatever they believe in but we will stop now.” So the Odin thing - it’s real. Now do I think the girls were ritualistically sacrificed? Probably not. I think one guy could’ve done it alone. I would like to see more evidence tying Richard Allen to the scene though - one bullet when a gun wasn’t used? Bizarre. And as for all this court crap that’s been going on, with the judge & his attorneys & even his poor treatment in jail - it looks SUPER SKETCHY… that being said, I would more so err on the side of this being a small town that is disgusted/outraged over this crime, and everyone is just going about it all wrong when it comes to making sure he doesn’t get off and are blinded by their own pursuit of justice. Anyways yeah. But the Odin aspect is real. That much cannot be denied. I hope trial can show us where those two things either separate, or are intertwined - it is all so messy right now. It’s either a town with odinist & they had a horrific double homicide - OR - it is an odinist cult & this was a ritual sacrifice. It sounds ridiculous and it’s unfortunate that if that is actually not what happened (if it were sacrificial) - well it’s just so freaking messy now & it’s caused enough doubt in many people to not trust what’s going on. My heart breaks for Libby and Abby at the end of the day. They’re getting lost in all of it and they deserve to have someone pay for what happened.

Doesn’t prove any conspiracies. Odinism is an outlying sect of heathenry, literally a racist prison gang. There are ZERO records of Odinist ritual sacrifice in the past. The racist prison gang is gonna kill two little white girls? You don’t understand how crazy all this sounds? His lawyers told him about the incriminating evidence against him, and he confessed to his wife, mother, and his counselor. They needed to get out in front of it, with a big crazy story.
