Ball lids are not the same quality they used to be. I don’t buy them anymore. Wanda, I can something 2 or 3 days a week, dehydrate herbs and have tinctures & oils working for medicinal and cooking. I make bread every Tuesday for us and share with friends. I remember the commercials when I was a kid- Wonder bread. It was supposed to have vitamins and a taste that kids love. My mom bought it for us. (I’m mid 60’s). I can’t imagine life without a dog, I’ve always had one, but dogs aren’t for everyone. I didn’t mean to leave a novel here, but I am grateful for you both and pray for you. Shalom!

Most of the tomatoes I grow in Rankin county Mississippi are indeterminate and produce all summer no matter how hot it gets until the frost kills em... the only problem I have is keeping the darn horn worms off of em! 😂

I do chores or watering or both in the morning, then stacking my wood around 7pm. It's not all that hot temp wise, but the sun is frying on your skin AND hair.

I started eating Ezekiel bread about a month or two ago. It is loaded with fiber and has no flour in it. Walmart carries it, if you want to try it, you will find it in the freezer section somewhere.

Sweet potatoes are the amazing plant I’ve seen . I have a small place with potting soil only in it . Some how in that dry extreme dry ground I had sweet potatoes has come up and made me some slips from last year. So I’m gonna plant them next week .

I live in town so I appreciate my little yappers as they tell me when someone is around. As soon as I clicked on y'all it said it was over. :( It was 93 here today with a heat index of 102. It felt every degree of it. Mercy!! I've lost 4 plants because of the sun. No matter how much I water, the next day it's dry as a bone. All my plants in the shade (did it on purpose) are looking great! I have cut up some fabric and covered all the tomatoes and peppers that arent covered with a leaf. It's awful. Sun scald is REAL!! Hate I missed the live. Love y'all from West TN.

I’ve had determinant romas put on a second fruiting when the weather cooperates if I let them continue to grow after harvest. It was about half the size of the first fruiting but it was a bonus

YES YES YES! The Red Primo's are PRIMO! Mine are finishing up now. Proliferation is the best I've seen in many years. All of my tomatoes are from "raw" seeds this year and I am so delighted. I should've tried the Deuce.....What I like about this change in my gardening is my tomatoes are in earlier and my processing will be done soon....I also have Primo and other seedlings going for an attempt in early fall. Note: The Primos took closer to 80 days for me....Not a single pest or disease has damaged my plants-----they occasionally need some epson salt water.

We put goat manure in our garden 3 yrs ago and it must have had grazon in it because 3 years now, our tomatoes grow beautifully until just before the fruit ripens and then the leaves start curling and the plant dies. My corn did wonderful out there this year and I tried one tomato plant and sure enough, its curling.. Ive heard corn will draw the grazon out, so hopefully next year will be better 🤞

We always took care of are animals if needed and buried in the pasture. In the winter had to wait till ground thawed out. Keep dog in freezer.

Had loaf of bread in refrig for 6 month. Looked okay, I always write the date that I bought on it so will freeze before gets old, forgot about it. No more bread for me unless I make it. I make my own bread on occasion. Usually sourdough, white bread in summer for BLT sandwiches
