The concert was player over two nights and the only difference in setlist was paralyzed. That’s why it’s a bonus track.

It wasn't filmed, more than a few snippets here and there for PR purposes. They only have audio recordings. So if they wanted to release a dvd of the astonishing it would require them to set up a show for that particular reason.
