A “carnaval” themed dance fitness class that seduces anyone that wants to move to simple choreography with sexy, club music and anthems from around the world, while focusing on interval training, toning and strength conditioning. It’s about getting gains while socialising and getting down with other party animals. Inspired by all cultural dances from around the world, as well as popular and less known fitness programs with a Yanique personal twist, to keep the classes new and exciting and keep people connected.
