Sally is doing great!! I'm glad to hear from Sally that You aren't going to be in a backyard. Jeri, you can get housing because of your disability. It would be cheap rent. Sell the big house and everyone gets an apt.sally you can bank all the extra money for trips, new furniture.

If Sally wants to sell and live on her own then just do it already. I’ve never seen a family hem and haul so much in my life. The passive aggressive behavior on all parties is actually infuriating to watch. Jeri Ann- your mother in law does not want to live with you. Jim can work, but has decided 58:05 to live with a victim mentality which will never change. Get it together.

I just tried to separate a Lot that I own that has two houses on it and according to my City Zoning Dept I cant do it because there isn’t enough square feet for two Lots…might want to talk to your Planning & Zoning dept if the house you’re looking is in the City limits of wherever you’re going to potentially move P.S.~Sally sounds like she would do great in independent living! Has Jim considered going back to work?

Why are you so upset that Mona was able to figure out where the house was? I saw a pic of the house on Zillow at least a week prior to that--soon after Jim spoke about finding a place. Someone besides Mona figured it out. Only the 3 of you knew you had bid on it so apparently one of you gave away too much info. No ones fault but your own. Does it matter so much anyway?

The law is complicated and I’d be sure to ask a realtor and lawyer to confirm what you want is allowed on any property you’re interested in. It’s not just being allowed to have another dwelling, but how to tie into water/sewer (or if you are on septic, if you can have another bedroom on it) and electric (do you need another panel, can you tie not existing, do you have to be separately metered, etc). A travel trailer is also treated differently from a tiny home from a mobile home from a modular home.

Things happen for a reason. There is a better solution waiting for your family. Guess Sally's long term memory is good she did remember. But why or how can someone with dementia take out a mortgage? I pray you do have a better quality of life. Some chose treatment some not. Your choice.

Just a thought, Judgement why do people do it, usually it stems from a place of jealousy or low confidence. Judgement at its core is not a. psoitive quality, it lifts up the person who is passing the judgement, and pushes down the person that is being judged. And you know it doesn't feel good to be judged.

I hope you all find a solution. In my opinion if a family is sharing a house then everything should be split if there then it should be 3 ways a couple or not. Same if it was 4 split 4 ways. That is the fair way for everyone. And you are not paying for food the government is and by no means is there anything wrong with that when needed. Just my opinion.

Hey crackers in bed, I can see there's family tension but I don't think Jeri is doing well. In her last video she described walking a few feet and then having to stop and hold on to something. I think they care for each other, they just would prefer not to live together
