Great video. Did you compare the sound to Cinesamples Studio? Also in the OT Walkthrouh, they used spot mics to get a dry sound… I thought

I very much enjoyed your demonstration of PVS. Btw OT's Salu is another in the series of Orchestral Perspectives. Hopefully there will be many more.

Wow. That first thing you played was jaw dropping. That library sounds amazing!

Maybe you are mentioning it in your stream somewhere, but what felt piano are you using ?=)

Spitfire Labs used to offer this Felt Piano for free for Kontakt if you’d like to download! drive.google.com/file/d/1sZtmGb2oWFIXGE_OPxnPVxx97uC8e73x/view?usp=drivesdk

21:35 and 23:14 I'm a bit confused, why are you not using the spot mics of the PVS when comparing to other libraries that use dryer sound? :/ The hall sound is only "baked in" on the non-spot mics, but PVS comes with so many mics so that your statement that "as long as your track can handle the reverb" feels strange. Were you not aware that you can choose among different mics? If you're track cannot handle the reverb, then just choose (or blend in) the spot mics. It would have been nice to hear a comparisons between the dry sounding libraries and PVS when the most comparable mic-blend is used.
