My nephew is going through the same kind of problem. His wife is mentally sick and doesn’t want to live together but court is not giving him divorce. He does not have job and his father died . The girl is asking for outrageous amount which he cannot afford. With Hindu law he can’t get married without getting divorced. Please help us! He is only son and getting old but can not start a family. Please do something about this problem. We need help !!!
