CLASSIC VANILLA COOKIES CAKE
Ingredients:
Maida - 200gm
Powder Sugar - 100 gm
Baking powder -1tsp
Baking soda -1/4 tsp
Vanilla essence -1tsp
Butter - 120gm
Milk - 1tbsp to 2 tbsp as required
Chocochips - 3 to 4 tbsp
Baking Temperature: 170 to 180 degree
Lower Rod on..
Baking time : 25 to 30 min till side becomes golden brown.
Tin size : 6 inch. Square or Round Ring, 6 inch Loose bottom tin,6 inch tart mould ,(as your wish)
Or 6 inch Bake n serve mould
Shelf life: 3 to 4 days in room temperature
Texture will be crunchy from outside like cookies and Soft from inside like cake that why it's called cookie cake..
BROWNIE COOKIE CAKE ( BROOKIE)
Ingredients:
Melted Butter-100 GM
Melted Dark chocolate -80gm
Maida - 100gm
Whole Wheat flour -40gm
Powder Sugar-60gm
Cocoa powder - 1 tbsp
Baking powder -1/2 tsp
Baking soda -1/4 tsp
Milk - 1 to 2 tbsp
Vanilla essence - 1 tsp
Baking Time - 25 to 30 min
Baking Temperature - 170 to 180 degree
Tin size - 6 inch Ring ,6 inch loose bottom tin , 6 inch tart mould or 6 inch Bake n serve mould
Lower Rod on.
