Good morning Martin, I first read “LIVE” and got a little shock, because I assumed I missed a new live stream. 😄 3:39 It seems difficult to find food without added MSG (monosodium glutamate). 5:50 If you are also wondering which vegetable it is, I think I have found it: Senegalia pennata (English: Climbing wattle, Thai: ชะอม Cha-om, Deutsch: Junge Akazien-Triebe). I've read that it should taste a bit strange for European palates, but Thai people love it. EDIT: Sorry, I was wrong, actually it's kra-shade (water mimosa, Neptunia oleracea).

@@tidathery9787 🙏 Thank you, you are right, I stand corrected. The crazy thing is that my first thought was that these leaves look like a mimosa plant. But instead of starting my search with this term, I tried to find the plant based on pictures which lead me to believe it's Cha-om that looks sufficiently similar. Now I've learned that Thai people actually eat water-mimosa and that it should be quite yummi with a strong mushroom-like umami taste and a hint of cabbage flavor. Sounds good and very suitable for a vegetarian dish, I would try it.👍
