I am curious about the down force on these arms. A dangling hose only applies so much down force. After watching several videos, it looks like these arms apply, possibly catastrophic down force. Especially on small utilities.

The arm is not designed to come into contact with the ground, if the machine is operated correctly. The force of the suction, alongside air tools to loosen hard ground, is what allows the material to be excavated safely.

Believe it or not there incredibly reliable! I run a 21 Plate RSP ESE6 Daily and I mean it's working real hard and I rarely get an issue, RSP Mercedes Benz Truck I find is more reliable I've found than it's rivals.
