Anyone who was upset by his comments last year was mad at him for not accepting the loser mentality that has enshrouded Washington for decades. He was mad and frustrated b/c he's not a loser, and you should have been as well. Jonathan Allen is exactly who you want on your team and he's excited and recharged now that professionals are in charge, people are being held accountable, and structure has replaced dysfunction. Allen is a stud and I hope he balls out this year.

Average at best? He had one off year last year as did everyone else on our defense. He was one of the most dominant DT’s in football years prior. You don’t jump ship after one slow year. We need to wait until Newton is healthy and ready to fill that starting role before even considering trading Allen.
