How did personal exfils ruin the game? If anything they made the game much more accessible to a lot more players. Most players are casual players that might play a couple hours a week max if that. Normal players aren’t playing hours a day and won’t ever become sweaty players. And the way people play dmz all they do is camp exfil and bodies in sweaty squads that play together all the time. So casual players stand zero change of accomplishing anything besides getting rushed and wiped or simply ambushed when trying to exfil. Which doesn’t make the game mode exciting it makes it toxic and shitty and all the reason to just say to hell with it and play resurgence.

Nothing is exciting about always extracting through a personal exfil. It ruins the whole risk of having to extract. I’m sure this is your first PvPvE extraction shooter and probably your last thinking like that.
