Please plan for a wet commute, school pick-up, and anything else you have planned for outdoors. Rain will be steady, and heavy at times, between this afternoon and midnight. We're still thinking the highest rain totals occur south of I-70 to the Ohio River where 1"-2" totals will be more likely.
