explained very well but I was missing an important point! The driver is responsible for ensuring that the lighting on his vehicle works. This also includes the fact that the brake light works in addition to the indicators and taillights! The driver knows the difference between low beam and high beam and also switches them off when there is oncoming traffic. Every driver is responsible for himself and for the safety of his fellow human beings. I think that a technical monitoring association such as the TÜV in Germany should be introduced in Ghana so that continuous safety can be guaranteed on Ghana’s roads. There are still a great number of unsafe vehicles driving around on the roads and they not only endanger their own lives, but also the lives of other road users.

Checking of the fluids goes with mileage. You don't change fluids every three months. Read the vehicle manual to tell you when to change the fluids. I don't know why poor mechanics tell lies to cheat car owners.

Truth Teller, fluid checking here means, checking the levels of coolants, brake fluid, engine oil etc etc daily, whether the car is old or new. This inspection has nothing to do with mileage. It must be done daily.
