👍👍👍! What an interesting drive tour of Jordan and Grimsby! Over the years, I have driven countless times to Niagara and have always used the shipwreak as a landmark to gauge the remaining minutes to the Falls. Now with your recounting of the brief history behind the wreck, it has answered a question that I have unconsciously asked many times over the years as to why there is a shipwreck in the middle of Lake Ontario! The painted houses in Grimsby are so unique especially the one with a tiki bar! Great way to break the ice with your neighbours lol. Happy that I watched the replay even with 2 bathroom breaks!😂 Thanks Christine and have a great week!👍👍👍♥️🇨🇦

It’s funny you mentioned that about the ship as a landmark I would do the same if I were on my way back from a trip….I’d say: not far away from home now lol when I saw the ship. @@WeGoPlacesTours Lol, yes, the tall ship mast ( as you said...now demolished) serves as a unique beacon especially when driving westbound on QEW. Now, that I know, the next time I pass by, I will not only see a shipwreak but think of someone's dream of building a floating restaurant at the Jordan Harbour marina. Hope the arsonist will see the errors of his/her way in destroying someone's dream. Have a great week Christine!♥️🇨🇦

Hi Christine, I just caught the replay of your live drive stream. 😊. As always I learn something new. The Town of Grimsby and the painted homes there. Had no idea the Director of The 3 Stooges is from there. The Lakehouse Restaurant we always pass by on the QEW to Niagara however only been there 1 or 2 times. I really like it when you go to places that are not called Niagara Falls. The smaller towns and why they are so unique. Definitely looking forward to future lives and premieres in other parts of the region. Loved it as always. Makes us looking forward to being back after the Thanksgiving weekend. @@markrdavis5368 I did a walk in the town of grimsby awhile ago and talked about the director of the 3 stooges. The lakehouse restaurant had a very good mushroom risotto dish …however I think they changed the menu now. I haven’t been in a few years but I’m curious what it’s like there now.
