I was there today and saw you , the only guy with a hat ! Next time if you want to save some money there are 3 Carrefour Markets along Av. Paulista and 2 Hirota Markets where you can find sushi and a very good coxinha , beer will cost you less than 1 dollar . Restrooms are very crowded inside Shopping Cidade de Sao Paulo at the floor level but if you go to the second or third floor it will be much more confortable . It's Great to have you back !

Hi, guys. I'm from Sao Paulo, Brazil, and glad you are in my hometown once again. I just want to drop some tips to be around here with a baby (been there, my son is 14 now). Ivana told in the livestreaming that didn't know where to change Jean's diapers. Well, virtually every single mall in Sao Paulo has structure for parents with babies. Ask someone from the staff or security for a "trocador", it's a place exclusively for changing baby's diapers and breast feeding babies. In mid size and large restaurants, it's is very usual to have a table for diaper changing inside ladies' bathroom. If Jean is hungry and you are in the street, or in a open space, or in transit / car, it is acceptable to breast feed babies in public spaces in Brazil. Just try to be discrete. Maybe some people will look with kind of reproval, but we think these people are jerks. Don't bother with them. Parents with babies or toddlers have preference in lines and in transit. So, you may ask to skip a line. Just ask politely, not acting like some arrogant person just trying to use a baby to gain advantage. Oh, and you can have a seat in the bus or the subway (at least the parent that is holding Jean will have a seat). You probably won't have to ask for it, someone will just offer the seat. Another tips: - if you guys want to see a soccer game, you can go to Copinha ("little cup" in Portuguese). It is a very traditional under-20 tournament, organised on January in Sao Paulo state. The matches have free tickets and the atmosphere is more familiar and chill, more suitable to be with a baby. And Vasco are playing in Sao Paulo (city) - if you decide to go to a Copinha match, try to go to Rua Javari stadium. It is Juventus home, a lower level team from the Italian community in Mooca (italian neighborhood). You can have a cannoli and feel an atmosphere from soccer in the 1950s. In Mooca neighborhood, there is good Italian restaurants and pizzas. Bixiga (Bela Vista) is another Italian neighborhood, good for pizza and Italian food. - think about going to Paranapiacaba, and old English village in the middle of the jungle. You can go by car or train, about one hour from Sao Paulo. It is an easy and baby friendly trip that take a couple of hours and can became a nice video - Sao Paulo's beaches are not in good conditions the last weeks, but Santos is a historical town too. There is Pele's (the soccer star) museum, coffee museum and Santos FC (Pele's club) stadium and museum. It is a nice city to walk around the beach, even if you don't enter the water - I saw you talking about Ubatuba. It is fantastic - If it is too hot, you can go to Campos do Jordao. It is mountain town about two hours (by car) from Sao Paulo. It is colder there (about 21/22ºC in the summer) than here. And the town is picturesque, with German architecture (it was founded by Germans). - you went to Liberdade, our Japan town (I'm Brazilian-Japanese, loved the episode). But you can go to Bom Retiro (Koreatown). You won't see Asian architecture, but you can eat Korean food and go to Korean markets. Some Saturdays there is even a shows from Brazilian aspiring k-pop groups. - in order to have a different food trip, take the train to Osasco and experience the Brazilian capital for hot dog. Just go to Osasco station (Osasco is our Markham) and voilà. There is a street with dozens and dozens of hot dog carts. You can choose how you want it, Sao Paulo style. - and have a good pernil sandwich. By the way, another great places to eat pernil sandwichs are outside soccer stadiums in matchdays. If you go to a match, give a try

I'm from Brasília, and I can confidently say that anyone who told you the city has no culture doesn’t know what they’re talking about! Brasília is a cultural capital in so many ways, and it’s even recognized as such. We have plenty of outdoor events, history, music, sports, art, and gastronomy. The thing is, it really is a new city but so much has happened here and we have so many people from different parts of the country that you really can see a little bit of every part and culture of Brazil here. It’s a big city with the charm and vibe of a small town, it’s very nice and worth to visit! A lot of people have this wrong idea about Brasília because they only hear about it in the context of politics, as it’s the Federal District. But the truth is, Brasília is an amazing place, especially to live, and it also has so much to offer for tourists. Beyond Brasília itself, the surrounding regions each have their own unique culture and cater to different crowds - from family-friendly vibes to a younger, more vibrant scene. There’s a bit of everything here. I love my city, and I wouldn’t trade it for anywhere else. Brasília has so much more to offer than most people imagine - you just need to see it with an open mind! If you guys have some time to do a little research about the city and what it has to offer, I’m sure you’ll want to visit! I hope you guys have a wonderful time in Brazil 🥰

Adoro vcs

Hello, I live in São José dos Campos, which is approximately an hour and fifteen minutes from São Paulo. This is the only Brazilian city certified as a smart city, it is home off the third largest aircraft manufacturer in the world, the Embraer, and it is one of the most developed cities in Brazil. If you would like to come and visit São José dos Campos, I can welcome you and show you around the city.

Hey! Be careful with viruses. There is an outbreak on the coast of São Paulo, hospitals were full a few weeks ago due to overcrowding during the end of year festivities. Maybe countryside for now are the best destinations. And São Paulo has a lot to offer. And the street carnaval parties are starting, at least the rehersals. About Masp, I think in wednesday the entrace is free!!

You will enjoy Ilhabela, take a boat trip around the island, there are many beautiful beaches to spend the day or take a day tour to several of them. One thing you should pay attention to: Buy a mosquito repellent in Ilhabela called "Citroilha" which is locally produced, and is one of the few that really works against the mosquitoes there. And there are many. Apart from that, everything else is worth it and there is nothing to worry about (except hoping for good weather).

I have 2 recommendations for you near Sao Paulo. First is Iguaçu Falls in Parana state, in the triple border between Brazil, Argentina and Paraguay. It is a 12 hours car ride from Sao Paulo or a 2 hours flight. It is one of world's biggest waterfalls. You can also visit Parque das Aves, a kind of a zoo with a lot of typically Brazilian birds. And since your in the border, you can make a quick visit to Argentina to see the waterfall on their side as well (it's worth it), and you can also go to the "feirinha", it's a street market where you can enjoy a nice Argentinian picanha (and even though I'm Brazilian, I admit their picanha is better). You can also make a quick visit to Paraguay if you want, but Ciudad del Este is more of a shopping city. So, you can visit 3 countries and see a lot with just one trip. I recommend spending at least 3 days there, but 4 ou 5 is ideal. The second one is the Pantanal in the state of Mato Grosso do Sul. It is around 14 hours drive from Sao Paulo or 2 a hours flight. The Pantanal is the world's largest wetlands, but more specifically, the city of Bonito is one of the most beautiful in Brazil. Nature there is spetacular, featuring lots of wild life, including caimans, capybaras and if you're lucky, you can even see jaguars. You can go diving and exploring caves. Again, between 3 to 5 days to enjoy properly.

With such a small child, it is best to choose the places to visit very carefully. It is best to avoid cities that are too hot, especially now in the summer, or that have little infrastructure and are too far away. In the south or even in the state of São Paulo, there are excellent cities that are beautiful and will not affect the baby's well-being.

You must go to Embú das Artes. It's best on sundays. There are a small centre from 19 century. It's closed for cars and you will a lot of nice handctafts, nice stones, street food and restaurants. Another place to see in there is Cidade das Abelhas ( Bees City ). It's about an hour drive from Avenida Paulista on sundays, for exemple. Enjoy your time here in Brasil.
