AlterBridge and Myles Kennedy are game changers for me - a long time rock and metal guy who thought great guitar based heavy melodic music died in the 90’s! AlterBridge is just fantastic and all their albums are top tier music! I feel So lucky and so blessed having discovered them to restore my faith in rock music made and played by real musicians!

Outstanding. The open dialogue. The patience. The way Joe lets Myles talk without pressure. So chill. So well done. Mutual respect right here.

What a great episode. They’ve all been awesome but I am a particular fan of Myles who not only possesses the best voice in modern rock but is a grossly underrated player and musician. Thank you Joe for doing these!

Joe, these shows are soooo good. This one is now my favorite. Myles Kennedy. Saw Slash, the Conspirators and Myles a couple years ago in Boston. Wow. Every single one of them, fantastic players. Myles is an amazing singer, power, melody, range, the real deal. Slash was great as usual. It's cool to watch this. 2 amazing musicians, who are also down to earth.

When Myles had his Epiphany when he first heard 'Whole Lotta Love' and he said it sounded "forbidden". I felt the same way when I first heard Guns n' Roses, and I bought Appetite on vinyl in 1988. I get that.

Where have I been? Under a rock, no doubt. Myles, I’ve been listening to your music all afternoon, and it’s been a wonderful journey! Thank you! ❤️.¸¸.☆ So glad for Joe’s interview series, which has introduced me to so many wonderful artists and music people.

Finally I have something in common with a real rock star. I have also -30db dip in my hearing, just like Myles. Joe explains well how in the restaurant he can hear people from the other tables better than his own friends in the same table. I work in an open office, which is a real nightmare for anybody with poor hearing; I can hear every person in the huge room, far or close ,speaking at the same level. That's why I'm very happy to work from home now (maybe the only good thing about COVID19). Great interview !

Guys, ignore the trolls here. This is my favorite interview of the year by two of the most enduring legends in modern music! One of the few interviews I will watch repeatedly. A million thanks for letting us get to know you a little. Miles, as a fellow (former) Idahoan you’re an asset to our beautiful, more sparsely populated, state. Rock on! I can’t wait to see you in concert (as well as you again, Joe!) Joe, how do I get a “live from Nerdville” hat?

Two of my favorite humans/artists right here. And Joe as an interviewer is great and getting even better. Being from Western New York State, we got to hear and support 12 year old Smokin Joe locally when Brother Wease at WCMF in Rochester championed him as a kid. We supported him at every show we could. Got to know his way cool folks a little. I'm surrounded to this day by people who feel invested in Joe's art because we saw him grow into the human he is today. And now as old farts we meet up at local gigs of new artists so we can support and cheer and encourage them as well. Kudos to Myles and Joe.

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE #AlterBridge! Been a fan since One Day Remains. The music these guys put out is at the top of my list!!! Myles always comes across as such a mellow, unassuming, everyday guy. So wish the meet & greet I bought a few years back allowed time to chat. One day will meet the guys again. One day. \m/ Love your music too Joe! Have to spring for a meet & greet with you one day as well. :)

I had tinnitus start in late nineties but my overall hearing was cut by a Slash gig in a small venue . I wear ear plugs now at gigs but feel I’m missing so much . I’m surprised Joe doesn’t suffer more as he plays LOUD ! I saw him in a small venue and he had a Silver Jubilee and some other goodies . Good guys here , real pros ! 👍
