I have chronic pain too… Siatica, Stenosis, and Degenerative Disc Disease just to name a few. - So, I can relate to you very well. When dressing your silicone, try putting a plastic sandwich bag on their arm or leg before putting on a shirt or pants . ( Nanny’s Reborn Nursery taught me that one.)
