We are alsi in vip cota...but service is very bad...allotted mina camp is overcrowded...food service area is very small and rushed ..Nigerians are all over outside our camp like in vip cota....no volunteer is available thats why we never reached to our mina camp....we spend night on road and return to our hotel...bad management by saudi government

My parents are performing hajj this year through hajj committee. what u said is absolutely right, the main struggle even for them was coming back from jamarat to Mina. Even they got lost and were just walking for almost 3hr in search of their tent.Roads were diverted but there was no one to guide the hujjaj ..there are no proper mualims to guide them in tents. That's really pathetic, these issued should be raised .

Fir humlog azizia building number 287 mei aaye yaha na hi garam paani aaraha tha na wifi facilities na hi washing machine or na hi gas tha log ne complaint kiya tab jaakr gas mila nd garam paani ab aaraha but wifi bilkul nhi ek hai lobby joh kabhi chalta nhi ab humlog sim afford kar te toh le liye but joh nhi kar sakhte unka kya? Mina ke liye humko bola gaya ke isha baad lekr jaayenge but fajr ke baad subha 6 baje lekr mina aaye yaha ke washroom ke liye 3 log toh line mei milenge hi kabhi bhi jaao aur metro facilities toh superb thi kal humlog arafat station se muzdalifah jaane ke liye wheelchair ki line mei almost 6 hours wait kiye then muzdalifah mei bina paani ke puri raat nikali ab vaha se jamarat gaye via metro kankr maarke haram jaa rahe the cabs ke rate allah u akbar koi taxi waala 900 riyal toh koi 600 riyal bolraha joh ki almost 16-20k hota hai itna toh kisike bas ka hai nhi alteast they should have some sort of government transport from jamarat or mina, this is not acceptable we are here for haj alteast should get some sort of facilities from both government. Also in my way to haram I didn't saw any indian volunteers and many volunteers of other countries whereas we indian proudly say that we are better than them but if no one will assist old people how will they reach home or get back to mina camp😢

Metro me 2.5 km safar karne ke liye 5 km gumke jana padta he pahad pe sidi chadke fir metro me 2.5km mina pahunchte he fir mina me 5 km gumate he saudi police vale raste block karke koi traffic nahi hoti fir bhi matlab 2.5 km metro me bethne ke liye 10km pedal chale is se acha to pedal hi chale jate😢😢

Performed haj 2024 ,Alhamdulillah . I am from India, my mother and I didn't get any matrices in Mina camp. And there weren't any Indian authority to solve our problem. Didn't sleep for continues 3 days. But Alhamdulillah Haj has completed now. But govt. Should support. Other countries management is excellent. My father was continuously bagging for space. Bt they didn't listen. I see many dead bodies, and Saudia police were saying that "its OK Haji, your relative is jannati now" how can someone say this infront of his wife. Most difficult pathway was Arafat to Muzdalfah . There weren't any administration on road. People were dying due to heat and crowd.

Assalamwaliekum. I have on Haj with my family. From 10 to 12 Zilhaj after performing rammi at Jamrat hardly any convenience was available for Mecca large no. Of pilgrims face problems in reaching their destination .No arrangements were made by Saudi govt. pilgrims were over charged as very few convenience were available available hope next time proper arrangements are made.
