As a Hindu Jat from Haryana (from Mother’s side), I am very happy with the results. My own mother made a very sad statement today. She said, “Agar Hooda aa jaata to apne parivaar ke kuch aur baalak naukri le lete”. I am not shaming her, she is my idol but is very indoctrinated. I am an MBA and earning a lot, my sister is a Associate Professor and my dad is an IAS officer 😂 Yet, my mum thinks Hooda’s Congress is needed so that “our baalak” get jobs. I have been trying to explain things to her but she has right to her opinion.
