Your accent is fine, your tone and pitch is good and most importantly, it sounds honest. No need to change anything, no need to fake any accent.. speak with a neutral accent.

I worked in Wipro International BPO in the early days, and we were taught the neutral accent. But I suggest still learning major accent differences & learning Idioms because that will help them understand you better & better Rapport. In this call, You could personalize better, by empathizing. The word 'okay' was a bit overused. Someone in the down comments already said to let the customer finish (it's more important with international clients than you think). I like the phrasing _"i help businesses... "_ instead of _"We provide service..."_ . TBH in this call the offer was king, as Nicole didn't have any risk to take you up on your offer, and the need is intense. But in the long term, you are exposing yourself to more risk as some customers will just bounce. So, you need to plan for that. Have fun and all the best :)

Bro I think your attitude is correct just need some minor adjustments. It will help to trust you easily. I myself work with clients in Canada, US. Firstly I would suggest to introduce yourself and what you do very quick so they have a grasp of who you are. And ask how their days going. Then continue as you did. Also I would suggest not to say ok too much its intimidating for them. Also give them priority to finish sentences and symphetize with their issue. Also I would suggest to do a contract paper if you are already not doing so , that way you both are protected from scaming each other, you never who you are dealing with. Contract gives reliability and trust.
