Live Hummingbird feeder in Appalachian Mountains

The Hummingbirds are most active in the morning and evening but can be seen at the feeder very regularly during the day. They are fast, but also like to perch on the sticks the feeders are hung from and also the wire loop on the center pole.
The males will have a bright red throat patch.
The females will have no throat patch.
This camera is in the Blue Ridge Mountains in Virginia. Here hummingbirds arrive in the spring or early summer and stay until fall when the frost kills off most of their food sources. It is the most common hummingbird in eastern North America, having population estimates of about 35 million in 2021.
