Melody was fuming all day cuz Gary was making plans to go to the beach with Chris and the girls after the 4th. She was going to put a stop to his paying for everything despite her objections. She killed Gary in the garage when he came home on the evening of the 3rd. She moved him to the burn pile with the tractor and burned him the whole night. She didn’t want the grandkids there the night of the 3rd.

How was she a prisoner? She was out and about having affairs, going to Jamaica. She didn't have to ask him for money, she had a debit card. He just got notified when she spent over a certain amount, which sounds reasonable. Since she certainly wasn't going to tell him about it. She also loaned her boyfriends substantial amounts of money. Probably because she’s been out on bond so her defence team kept delaying the trial, the longer it takes to go to trial the longer she gets as a free woman before she’s goes to prison for life 🤞🏼🙏🏼

The detectives and investigators did sloppy work. I'm holding out judgment, as the jurors are supposed to do. I don't like Melody at all. She's heartless. But, so far, the prosecution hasn't proven the case beyond a reasonable doubt.
