Most smallcases rebalance on need basis..can you also try to move to need basis rebalance instead of a calender based approach because market is much more dynamic to stick to rebalance dates which are months into the future...

Even though the Fed has cut interest rate, RBI has not cut the interest rates not because it will inflation. It is because Indian economy is not in great shape. Interest rate cut will accelerate the outflow of cash from the banks which will put pressure on the banking system which the RBI cannot handle. My intusion is that till the next FY RBI will not decrease the interest rates.
