Please consider doing a meditation for those who are going through grieve and loss (due to death by coronavirus or another disease) through quarantine 🙏
@ShannoninOregon Жыл бұрын
I imagine you made this for the quarantine when people had to bubble up together, however the folks I know who need these audios are alone, single, disabled, some in chronic pain exacerbating hopelessness. I screen out the audios that keep going back to having children, someone at home, even pets for the ones suffering alone. Thanks for making a positive difference in the world.

It's a metaphor. Try thinking of the image of a happy baby.. don't let your brain go to a dark or negative space it doesn't do anything for you. Good luck

Thank you, Marisa, this is lovely. I am curious as to how you decide to create a meditation vs. a hypnosis? How are they similar and how are they different? Would love to see a blog post or video on this .Meditation seems to get all the press on health benefits. How would this piece be different if I’d I rolled my eyes up and went down the staircase?

Thanks Marisa, that was amazing! Could you please do a meditation for regulating your period and hormones? I've come off tramadol, I've got a lot of things wrong with my spine and have chronic pain, my cycle got better for a couple of months but I'm back to every two or thee months again. I think it's because I've been taking extra Sevredol to compensate for not taking tramadol because when the pain gets really bad it's terrible. It's almost embarrassing if it happens when I'm out, people ask me if I'm OK, which I appreciate but I'm only 46. I didn't know that morphine sulphate could, as I found out on their website, cause the cessation of menstruation. I've started cutting my dose down again but I'd appreciate it if you could do a meditation to help speed up my "recovery". I do the healing vortex at least three times a week but I feel I need a bit more. There is meditations for regulating your hormones and I've been listening to them but you've got something magic that works on a deeper level. Thanks again Marisa, you've had such a positive affect on me and my outlook on life and I'm extremely grateful and appreciative for that. Much love xxx

What was the emphasis on not being alone? I, a woman who lives and loves alone, found it confusing. Had to switch it off. I felt like she was only speaking to people who live with other people..? Did I miss something?

In meditation videos the ads shouldn’t be put up. You go into deep relaxed state and suddenly not once twice but atleast 5 times someone suddenly startles you with loud sudden shout “hey this is business script... “hey this is how you doodle ... “ hey would you like to expand business

You know what? There isn't anything great about being at home without other people. People are social creatures and if they are survivors of abuse then being alone sucks and being with people sucks. They don't need anyone to tell them they aren't drowning. Yet that often seems to be the most pervasive message out there in the self help/counselling world.
