Pray all Christians and those who believe in our Lord Jesus Christ, refer to our belief as CITIZENS OF HEAVEN, that is who we really are. I did listen to his speech on Christmas Day! There's part of it that I may have felt went too far in some way. But he has come out as the Defender of the Faith and that I accept, and I can understand there are some who might not accept it. I can't believe that we're in a civil war - I can say that there's difficulties - and I can't accept that Christianity is banned. I am sceptical about these claims. I'm a Christian first - I serve as a Church Chorister and pursue that through my service of that. It's important to bring that hope to many as possible. I have seen these changes over the last several years. And I have to respond with this message of both hope and faith. It's never been easy to do so but it has to look at this point and seek the peace ! Trials and Tribulations look inevitable. It's hard to see the hope but Christmas was a point that has to be upheld. It's not to bring the peace ! But it seems that division is the only outcome!

The Church of England wanted to rename itself the community of England. Some Christmas carols were banned because they may have made people uncomfortable….. No Christianity is not under attack. You can defend a faith you don't believe in he is a Free Mason and defender of faiths that aren't Christian but he doesn't defend the faith of the church he is supposed to be head of. He needs to repent and turn from his sin and accept Jesus as his Lord and saviour.

In many respects the key passage on 'not of this world' is John 18-19 recording Jesus' trial before Pilate. Jesus says to Piiate that his kingdom is not of this world, and Pilate essentially declares that in his terms Jesus is innocent. Understand that in Pilate's terms as a governor taked with preserving imperial peace, a kingdom 'of this world' would be precisely the kind of thing the CofE is - to have an established church is essentially to try and give Jesus the worldly kind of kingdom he disclaimed and rejected. And most of the various problems of the CofE, from a past where they persecuted dissent to a modern situation where they are trying to conform to the world about sexuality are problems arising from disobeying Jesus in this way.

I think Gavin Ashenden objected to the Quran being read in Glasgow(?) Cathedral & was pressured into resigning as a Queen’s Chaplain for expressing that opinion, not refusing to read from the Quran himself.

Of course the title "Defender of the Faith" was bestowed on Henry VIII (who was a respected theologian) by the Pope before his split with Rome, because of his defence of the Catholic Church against the emerging protestant heresies. I don't think King Charles has any understanding of Christian faith to defend.

How can you be a part of a church that claims the monarch as the head of its church The first blasphemy of the Church of England is that it claims the monarch is the Head of the Church. That one fact alone is enough to demonstrate that this human organisation is NOT God’s Church. For Jesus is the Head of His Church, not England’s monarch.

That is one of the *many* reasons I have left the church of England to never Return, and command all Bible Believing Christians still in the cofE to Leave also, and Immediately lest they be consumed in God's Wrath! There is indeed No King other than King Jesus! and it is most undoubtedly a First Commandment Violation to make a false monarch the head of the "church", a Position that Belongs only to Christ! This *idolatry* of false monarch's is one of the *many* Reasons why I left! I have, however, remained Anglican (Displaced Flock of GAFCON, and I should note that GAFCON has kicked the church of England out of the Anglican Communion!) despite being rather more Presbyterian in Polity Personally, due to the fact there is not one Single Solid Presbyterian Church this side of the Scottish Border.

The Sovereign has not used the title Head of the Church of England since the reign of Edward VI (or arguably Lady Jane Grey). The Act of Supremacy 1558/1559 required an oath to be sworn that acknowledge d Elizabeth I as Supreme Governor in all things both temporal and ecclesiastical. From this derives the Sovereign's title Supreme Governor.of the Church of England.The word Head was specifically avoided as theologically it refers to Christ. This video raises an important question - should we insist our head of state must be a communicant member of the Church of England? Perhaps the time has come for disestablishment. The inauguration of William V could be a simple matter of him going to Westminster Hall and swearing to rule according to the law.

Great to hear a COE minister defend the faith but I wouldn't seek to ally with Ashendon who only a few weeks back did a gloating video that Charles thinks the whole "protestant faith is bunk". Ashendon left Anglicanism to follow the Pope rather than Christ. A Pope who said only a short while ago that "all faiths are valid pathways to God". That's the bunk Ashendon now follows! Charles is being true to his words to be "defender of faiths" rather than to uphold his coronation oath to be the defender of the reformed protestant faith. He wanted that changed but couldn't but rather than give up the crown he chose to lie! He is a contemptuous evil man! He equates Judaism and Islam when they are both sworn enemies. And both Judaism and Islam primary goal is to destroy those who believe in the Lord Jesus Christ. Jesus Christ is truth, these demonic counterfeits are founded on lies. I doubt Charles has ever met an Archbishop of Canterbury or Anglican Bishop who has explained that to him!

Barbaraallen435 I agree with your comment, but also, not only stupid diversity and woke, dangerous stuff, the groomers have been going on for years, and covered up by politicians, law,and courts, home office, a lot of them are trying to cover themselves, from prosecution. NOT Any more. Society will get to the truth, and job losses will take place. Prosecution, prison time for each and everyone involved. Our WOMEN and Girls and boys need to be protected from these evil creatures of the darkness. Probably groups could be named Special Protectors could help in organising patrols of neighbourhoods to check all children and WOMEN are safe attending their clubs and safely returning home. Rotas could be setup, so the MEN also can have their sport and entertainment, so they don't feel left out. Just an idea to help protect us from these demonic cults. King Charles has always been a sad and disappointing Prince. I thought he had matured and looked forward to him as a Good king. Sadly I am disappointed. He obviously does not know Jesus at a personal level. I felt bad about him being made superior head of the CofE. I felt terribly ill at ease viewing his coronation. As I have left the CofE he is no longer head of my church thaank God. ⛪😪✝️

What utter nonsense. Why on earth do you expect the king of a multi faith society to agree with your narrow interpretation? Why are you making such a fuss? Doesn't the Bible tell you to honour the king irrespective of how godly they are? The apostles taught us that so did Jesus. Find something else to complain about - please!
