This video makes everything so simple! I must tell, these are definitely not for everyone. You must have experimented with yourself a lot to come to this stage and end up watching this video and try to implement it. I can assure you, implementing 3rd person POV or observing one's one actions is not at all easy. For this, one has to have a lot of intellectual analysis (nididhyasana) within oneself, meaning his intellectual sheath (vignaanamaya kosha) has to be strong enough to even understand what is being discussed here. For few moments I was able to observe my actions (before I came across this video). It was liberating. It was as if you are set free, as if nothing limits you anymore (doesn't mean you start flying). But then, after few moments, the urgencies of the life and the Kundalini (body's OS) kicked in and you get bound to body and you get busy with life as doer. You dont even realise and you are bound again to the physical body. Suggested read - Things you can see when you slow down!

Yeah, I was definitely hooked! I give you that. Indeed, intentionality has power. Thank you for this.

Takshak, Osho also talks about the concept of centering. What's your view of that? Isn't that opposite of third person POV? Osho says. , I quote "Constantly wherever you are, remember yourself. Whatever you are doing, do one thing inside continuously. Be aware of yourself doing it. You are eating, be aware of yourself. You are walking - be aware of yourself, you are listening , be aware of yourself. Constant remembering of self creates a subtle energy in you. It creates a center.Whatever you are doing or not doing, one thing must constantly be in your consciousness, that you are(I am). '

@@AmitMahajan83 Yes, the way I see it is his talk about centering is very much like mindulness. When you're aware you're doing something - breathing, eating, walking - again you're becoming aware of yourself. This is akin to seeing yourself doing those things. The ego is detached. Who is this person who is seeing yourself do those actions? It's separate from the doer himself. Because if you see yourself as the doer, you've lost the plot. Thus the third person POV again comes into play.
