Palestine hss never been a state so it should first be a defined state for membership of UN or any institution. They should create a unique identity by adopting a constitution build governance institutions, self-guided economy and get over aud and donations addiction. Militancy and rage against Israel or religion or territory is not sufficient for nation state. Pakistan, Yemen, Syria and many other Muslim majority countries have one religion, one territory, often common language yet there is perennial domestic discords.
