Looking for journaling inspiration? Grab your supplies, take a deep breath and just go! (or just watch and enjoy the process and the chat). I'm showing you my natural journaling process - including thinking, building the story, working with layers and colours, adding touches - all that so you can forget about the fear, expectations and simply let go. Be in the process and enjoy the flow!
In this edition we are creating pages with scraps of packaging and plastic overlay - have fun!

Kit for the pages:
- bunch of paper/acrylic packaging and other “trash” a start including a piece of plastic overlay
- favourite tapes
- set of stamps + permanent ink (Beautiful Life by Finnabair)
- 3 acrylic paints in colours going with your trash (Liquid Acrylics)
- a few of matching pencils, crayons
- liquid and thick adhesive (Soft Gel, 3D Gel)
- white gesso or matte acrylic paint
- treasure box with your favourite elements: embellishments, tape,
paper, photos, text
- tools like brushes, scissors, pens, heat gun
- journal or page to work on

Anna I would love to have some help with how to turn an old book into a journal... I have an old book that is about 4 1/2 x8 1/2... I love the shape and size of it but I don’t know where to start... do I just start tearing pages out and gluing them together? If so where do I start... please help and thank you for doing these amazing videos! Love you so much... Janice

Hi, my first step would be tearing some pages out of the book to create space - it should be much thinner to fit tour pages in! No need to glue the pages together :)
